Hotel Placid Tagore town - Top Hotel in Prayagraj| Best Banquet Hall| Best Restaurant| Best Hotel in Prayagraj

Generally its a decent hotel ...good food and quick service... but room rent is very high compared to the facilities.. room is spacious and bathroom is neat and clean but there is no 24hrs hot water supply.. not providing toiletries..location is good having easy accessibility.

The restaurant is over rated. Very unprofessional behaviour. The washroom is sticking, no proper hygiene maintained. Poor parking arrangement. The waiter are not trained. Hope Prayagraj gets good hotels and restaurants at better prices. Very disappointed.

The hotel looks good from the outside but on closer inspection it is not great. The service in the restaurant is quite poor and not professional. Waiting around with hands in pockets. Items not available on the menu. They leave you wondering what is going on. Then the food is not what it should be. B. B Q chicken ? Is that a spicy meal ? No it should not be. Vegetables that are not cooked properly. Two balls of ice cream ? Or just two small pieces ?....would not advise to book here.

1.If you are leaving your room they clean your room w/o your permission if you don't want to clean the room when you are outside just tell them or hang the do not disturb card outside and switch on the do not disturb button also
2.Fans are not there
3.Split AC not there
4.No place to hang your wet clothes outside
5.Parking is outside and not safe so park at your own risk if you have private vehicle
6.Rooms lock automatically so you have to carry your key card everytime if you are leaving room
7.No White Lights only warm white

I am giving 4 stars ✨ because I loved your internet speed but that power cut is very annoying and reducing that 1 star ⭐ because you broked our privacy the cleaning person cleaned our room w/o our permission.

Very pleasant atmosphere and comfortable rooms. Only problems we faced were :- technical faults in lift which scared us, improper functioning of hot & cold water mixers in toilet and wash basin & not enough active channels in TV inspite of such a high tarrif. Needs improvement on these points to increase customer satisfaction.

Hotel is very neat and clean.Their staffs are very courtesies. Some time service is little delayed.
My experience during my recent visit on 2nd Dec 22 is excellent. Worth to stay.

Work environment is good. The Colleagues of the company are well disciplined, they both have knowledge and experience. There is no work load. I think this company is best for freshers who is still in learning stage they can gain more confidence and knowledge.

Good place to stay with family. Services are good. Morning free breakfast and dinner (to pay) are good ,harmless to healthy and moderately prices. Easy to reach all tourist places.
