One of the worst experience i ever had. They had no warm water in the tap, the veg biryani was so spicy that no one could. The window was not opening and the AC was cut-off.
Moreover, the washroom was not very clean and it was smelling.
Never again i will book this place.

It was a good stay the only problem which I had AC was not working.. although staffs are very good they tried their best to solve the issue but it was not done even though they changed the room then also it was the same. No problem I hope they fill fix the issue.

The hotel is Situated in a good locality. The rooms are nice and clean, only thing i didn't like was that the rooms are not cleaned every day. You have to tell the management to clean and then only it is done.

This is the worst place I ever visited. No toiletries bieng kept jn lavatry. Not even water drinking glasses being in kept in room. TV & phone non functional. Bad smellin rooms. At breakfast I got thelewala patha nad sabji. Don't ever dare try it.

I visited lucknow for my exam, all hotels were asking very heavy price, this hotel offered me very good tariff, staff was polite, room was good in this budget, food was delicious, over all 10/10

Very bad support for customer service no room available but ask for advice payments

Stay was okay only. Not like that i expected.
3 hours of power cut.. It's was really unbelievable. Also Need to check with rooms operating supplies likes t.v was not working, telephone and fridge also not is working conditions. It was just like placed.
Otherwise service and food quality is good.
