i have made the payment 2 times. 1st payment i have done through the google pay and the 2nd payment i have done through the internet banking. hotel staff has denied to give the room even after the 1st payment. his behaviour was very rough. no food are available at hotel, no hand wash. hence i have done 2nd payment and i got the room. very poor service in oyo history.

If you go to their hotel, do not sleep on the bed and sleep on the floor because if you sleep on the bed, then if their bedsheet becomes even a little dirty, then they will impose a heavy fine on you. You can go too far!

Room is clean, but it is far from gorakhpur junction. In this hotel more unmarried couples are came and they don't stay for 24hrs so married couples care on it. No good food restaurants available nera the hotel.

average room. dusty places around the hotel. room is clean and good. washroom below average. tv sometimes no power. no recharge in tv. even room is not properly opening with key. for couples its good. not crowded at all.

I needed a place to sleep during transit, with a lot of hesitation booked this overpriced room via booking.com

The room was dusty, no toiletries were provided, staff was inexperienced and didnt know what they were supposed to do.

room service is too bad. bathroom is so dirty. calling service for ordering foods is not available. that's hotel booking time show compalimenty breakfast but there was breakfast time is 11 A.M. thereafter. We have recommend do not visiting hotel

I am very disappointed by earlier ratings. Ratings look to me like fake. I could not find less than one star to rate. Location is pathetic. Hotel did not have a board to display in the front. Board was somewhere hiding. It was difficult to locate hotel. Room was small and not anything that was shown in booking.com. Approach to room is also pathetic. I would hesitate to use booking.com going forward. Travelers - be aware. Don’t even try to book this and get trapped like me. This ruined whole trip.
