THE GOLDEN GATE RESIDENCY

You think of worst what you can get in any hotel and you get worse than that here. Food not good. No lift in the hotel. Its not hotel actually, its a villa converted to guest house. Pics shown on makemytrip are from imagination. Hotel manager tries to smile always but is of no help. No minibar in room. Even when I asked for cold water bottle, they said fridge is not working in summer. In which season it is meant to work? When i complaint about services, the desk manager said ,"I know sir we are nit good and that is why people choose other hotels." Its a pathetic hotel when once you are trapped you wont go in future. AC in the room are "Napoleon" brand. They were on for all the time but temperature never came below 25-26 degc. Changed room thinking that other room's ac would be working but the condition was same there as well. Since I had gone directly to the hotel for booking I had not many forums to complaint. I had discussed with booking manager earlier about food options and chosen one of the meals out of lunch and dinner in my plan. Then at the time of checkout the desk manager again started to fight that that meal included things as per their choice and since i had order food by my choice I will have to pay the whole food bill. Its totally an accommodation of quality not better than a dharmshala in noida. And plz note that the hotel review on top is by desk manager himself.

A decent budget hotel. I booked it through goibibo. The rooms are spacious and tidy. Located at the main road, though you will find it little difficult to locate it first few times. Located nearby Kailash Hospitals. Good food. Good access to taxi , auto and rikshas, as the stand for auto and rikshas are located just in front of the hotel. As usual complementary meals will not be satisfactory if you are a heavy breakfast lover. Friendly management and staff.

Room is very spacious and clean.Toilet is also spacious and clean.
Staffs behaved well but service has to be improved.
Firstaid tool kit along with the general medicine should be kept in the hotel as there is no medicine shop near by.
Important is Hotel Name not mentioned in the building.

Don’t ever go to it even for free. It’s highly understaffed therefore the service suffers. I had booked 1 room and I changed to another one while forgetting a pair of shoes in the first one. I had to call the reception 4 times and wait for 20 minutes before someone came to open the first room. The food is terrible. They offer bed and breakfast but they don’t have a dining room so breakfast is served in the room. Once I ordered omelette and it had less salt and pepper. I was getting late for sightseeing and I didn’t get it despite 3 calls to ask for it. I ended up having to eat a bland omelette. The electricity got disconnected for an hour. They claimed that they had a generator but they didn’t switch it on making us suffer in the sweltering heat for an hour. When I called to complain thrice they kept reassuring me that it would be back up in an hour. And the most important point is that they don’t even have a name board on the building.

It’s an average hotel. The rooms are good spacious, seems like newly constructed, feels paint smell, the bathroom is also spacious.
The price of the room are a bit costly as per current room facilities.
One suggestion if you search The Golden Gate Residency then you will find correct location in the map but by mistake if you mention Golden stay then you will lost in the interior of the colony.
The staff is good & calm, cooperative.

Very nice hotel and food is especially very delicious. Staff are very polite. But no gym. Otherwise it could be 5 star rated. Water bottle is refilled with RO water instead of giving new bottle. That's ok. But one thing us there is no name board infront of hotel. That may be tax problem for them. Rest everything is ok.

This hotel is located in Noida at an excellent location. The rooms are cost and reasonably priced with all required amenities. There is no lift but food is provided upon request. It's good to give it a try.

Cleanliness excellent. Bedsheets And washroom cleaning Not done daily.no provision for bed Tea at the room.workers get up at 8am.it takes More than anything hour for the food to come.they did Not refund my cancellation money.100 % charges no cancellation allowed.hospitality very good.but guests were Not very comfortable. Needs to provide basic services.
