Singhaal hotel and restaurant

Location of this hotel is excellent . But there is management issue with in staff they least bother about customer service they don't take any liability regarding any problems in their rooms . I stayed for 2 nights their water quality was very bad washroom flush was not working properly when I asked the manager he was least bothered about it . Being a guest I my self had to clean the room table after dinner. I made several calls at reception but they never answered. They display wifi rooms but that's not true it only covers ground floor.
Overall it depends on your servival skills
They don't know how to price a room they are only looking for profit.
Food was good no doubt taste was also good. It's just there behaviour sucks and night Staff room service sucks.

This review is for the Restaurant Royal Cafe. We stopped for the Breakfast on our trip to and from Varanasi, on 22 and 24 June. Located right on the main road, The service was courteous and fast, the food preparation fresh and tasty, at a more than reasonable cost. We wish to visit again

Hotel is quite good...but it is little bit on costlier side..but the services and staff behaviour is good...!!!!..a good location near to brighu g mandir and railway station..!!!..

ill mannerd staff with poor hospitality..rooms were not ventilated .food was okay. Not at all suggested for summer functions.😞

Useless AC.. i booked a party in summer and neither ac nor fan was good... Room were not ventilated.... Very bad experience.... I will not suggest this to anyone..

Its better to sleep on Railway station platform rather than booking this Hotel

Efficient customer service. according to me it's best in ballia district. 😍
