Never ever book this hotel. How is this even a oyo? Very bad experience. Owner's behavior was worst. Does not accept online booking and was figuring out excuses so we can just cancel our booking. Will not recommend to anyone. Smelly blankets and bedsheets. Difficult to find. No parking.

hotel manager avoided to check-in and demanded for pay extra 1500rs. for 2 hours. i am totally unsatisfied with your service. this is my first and last time. worst experience.

Total nightmare.. The god forsaken route leading to this horrible place is a torture in itself.. OYO's money minded executive made me pay partly in advance without thinking about safety and security of their customers, I will neither use OYO nor recommend them to anyone, they should refund my amount and apologize for their greed.. Stay away from this place for your and your family's sake!

→The Quality of the room is not good very dirty. →They don't give proper facilities. →The bathroom are very dirty. →The price of one day staying is ₹700 per day of 2 beds and 3 beds of one day staying is ₹800 →Inside room at night you can find some mosquitos very hard to leave . →Inside Bathroom , the toilet don't have flash to use and very dirty .
So i kindly recomand you to please focus on your daily cleaning and kindly fixed bathroom holes

Why am i giving it 1 star, because there is no option as zero star. I booked this so called Hotel from Oyo website. I was told that the room I booked was full air conditioning room. My train was late so I reached hotel kasturi plaza at midnight. I called the hotel staff before hand that I will do late check-in. Inspite of that, I was denied my booking by the hotel staff at 12am. I called oyo helpline and the customer service agent kept on repeating that he can understand my situation and ready to refund the deducted amount for booking. But he failed to provide me another hotel booking. Then i got my self roaming at night searching for hotel on my own. It was pathetic experience that I faced by booking a fraud hotel named Hotel Kasturi Plaza. It's not even a hotel, infact it's a marriage hall with few rooms for the attendees which they rent out as rooms to Oyo. Oyo also do no checking for such fraud hotels and we customers have to pay heavy price for their mistakes. All the rooms that the staff showed me were stinking with bad smell. The staff demanded extra Rs. 1500 to provide me a proper room with air-conditioning, but that room was also stinking with bad smell. It was horrifying experience with me and my family member who tried to check in the Kasturi Plaza. Warning :- do not choose this fraud hotel whenever you visit Jhansi specially if you are with your family.

Hotel staff are behaving so bad and rudely. Hotel Manager say pay Extra 2000 amount after only paying on Oyo. So please discontinue this Greedy person form Oyo

Washbasin fell off on my leg😅 it was just placed not attached
