Madhav Muskan Residency

Excellent experience for us at Madhav Muskan Residency. Mr. Yogesh - Manager is very supportive and tried to make our stay very comfortable. all staff members are so good and their food is very nice including breakfast. Location of the Hotel is middle of the Mathura and near to Vishram Ghat, Overall 5 star I will give for their support and services.
As a family If you are going to Mathura , Madhav Muskan is the best Hotel to stay. Their food option and services are so good and we are very much impressed as a family.

The hotel is really good, it is a newly constructed hotel relative to the nearby hotels in that area. The room rate is quite affordable too. But the hotel staffs are not very professional, I had to call 3 times to get water bottle in my room. They don't provide any complimentary water bottle.

Decent Room, everything is around 2-3 km away. The hotel staff was good. Food at the restaurant was okaish in taste.
You can also keep your luggage their incase on the last day you have checked out and your train/bus is in the evening.

We booked a family suite and double deluxe room. Deluxe room was ok but still not value for money and below reviews are for suite room:
1. One of the AC was leaking in suite
2. First room's TV was not working, 2nd room had no TV
3. Mattress had yellow stains
4. Door mat absent in 2nd room
5. Electric kettle not working
6. No bottled water
7. Water was becoming burning hot all of a sudden...no control over it as there was no geyser. Also water stopped coming at 6am and we had early checkout plans.
8. No staff was reacting to any of our issues. They just said we are sending someone but actually nobody was coming.

Not at all justifies the amount of money they are charging.
Location wise good. Has a restaurant attached for fast food service.

I travelled alone to visit the temples. It was a safe and comfortable stay. If the house keeping could be of better service, like refilling tea/coffee packs in a better closed containers would have been nice. They were lying loose and open. Room and bathroom were clean. Also, the announcement on the Mike was a bit disturbing during afternoon nap. Overall it was a good stay. So given 4star. Thank you Muskan😇

I booked a Deluxe Room quality was not ok as mentioned in the picture.had so many problems during my 2 days stay.first room was not clean when i checked in that too at after late check in 2 hrs late.after informing the manager and staff and waiting for an hour room service was done.second, see the condition of tea kettle in photos.third, the condition of water kettle was the same couldn't take the picture.informed the staff then they changed.fourth, from the first day no hot water was available from geyser and the anwer i got saying its a solar heater and you need to waste 2 bucket water to get hot water.wasting 2 bucket water was not my thing for which i complained and the manager assured me he will get it fixed before next morning and it was fixed by next morning..fifth, bathroom was very very dirty and not expected at all...sixth, bathroom door lock was broken which after informing multiple times was fixed at night.seventh, the food at hotel was also average not so good, i had no meals included in my package and ordered food seperately still the quality was not good.in fact sitting at the hotel i ordered food from online platform from other restaurants.i was not at all happy with the service i got.if i pay a premium amount for the rooms i expect the service to be the same.but literally had to beg for their services. frankly speaking 500-700 is the maximum i would have spent for the quality of room and services i received.Thankyou very much, never wish to stay again.

We were a group of 31 people stayed here for 4 nights. Rooms were moderately clean. It has hot water full time. If your staying here than recommend to take taxi from hotel as the team is really honest. Specially a guy called chandan singh seating on front desk.

Food quality is good and fresh. There is nothing to complaint on hotel as i believe this is the best service at this price point what you get in mathura!

If i can rate this place 0 i would no questions asked. Me and family stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, and I'm absolutely disgusted with the rooms and hospitality services that it provided.

I've stayed at 1000s of hotels in my lifetime from Indonesia, Ethiopia, India, China, UK, etc. This hotel is clearly the worst. This is definitely not a 3- or 4-star hotel like your reviews shows. Serveral things I noticed during our stay.

1) Dirty bed sheets and pillows with stains.

2) Rats running around in the room and lobby area. Hotel staff said quote " we'll catch it and remove them from your room. " This is not the correct answer to address these problems.

3) The Washroom was dirty with stains on the toilet and washroom sick.

4) Morning breakfast barely had any options.

5) At 4 a.m., someone tried opening our room door when my family was sleeping. Thankfully, I was awake, I opened the door and found a person walking away.

6) Very loud noises all night in the lobby and from outside noises. Every hotel I've stayed at have sound proof windows or something to prevent outside and lobby noise.

7) No safety lock on your doors.  Only one lock. This is a big safety concern for me. We had to put a chair in front of our doors for safety.

The staff as well is not helpful. The person I spoke to at reception didn't seem to care.

In conclusion, this is an honest review about this hotel, and I personally do not recommend it to anyone.
