Treebo Panache is just 1 km before Krishna Janmabhumi Mandir. Accessible from main road. Location wise perfect.
It have only double bedded rooms with reasonable rate as per amenities and status of Treebo.
All standard amenities are available but have to ask/request reception to get those. Also have lift. So perfect for senior citizens.
Complimentary breakfast have very limited items but foods were very tasty and this can only be made by expert cook. Suggest not to take lunch or dinner. Quantities are very small and prices are high.
Had faced few problems like AC not working, door locks are not working.
Overall It was pleasant and comfortable stay.

One of the poorest hotel I ever experienced... Go through the step wise point
1. Rooms - it's stink and literally we asked for room.freshner but the guy came with bottle ( saloon Wala ) and sprinkler on the wall as room freshener.
2. Toilets - pathetic no hot water instead warm or say cold and shower also broken and not able to use terrible added image
3. No soap nothing only hand wash was there ...no toilet paper also...they don't even bother about hygiene added pic
4. Towel provided are teared off and since the room was king size bed they should have provided two towels but they not ( that also teared ) when we ask for towel they had given us a hand towel..added pic
5. Security of room is also compromise - door.locks was broken and they had provided us keys separately. Pathetic. We are not able to open the room also..added image
6. All the storages or other amenities too were in bad conditions.added image.
7. Last but. Not least - no water bottle from.this hotels...I ask for water bottle and they had charged me 40 bugs. Whereas in the room no bottle or other things like tea coffee has been observed.

I strongly do not recommend this.

I paid 2600 bugs...hotel is not worth for 800 bugs too..

The worst hotel I have ever stayed. It felt more like a frat house than a hotel. With the manager's friends/employees always hanging around in the lobby. But there were numerous issues with this hotel.

1. The Flood
One of the rooms flooded. During the night something in the bathroom leaked. Filled the bathroom over the step up into the bedroom - soaking all belongings that were on the floor. Just lucky that the laptop was on a chair. When mentioning this to the member of staff, he seemed to shrug it off as happening often. With no offer of apology.

2. The Powercuts
Meant intermittent internet access, hot water, aircon and lighting, in essentially basement rooms.

3. The Damp
The lack of sunlight and the flood issue probably contributed to the damp feel of the rooms. Peeling paint. Moist bedsheets. Slight smell.

4. The Breakfast
'Breakfast included' as booked and advertisements in the room of breakfast 8am-10am. Poori Bhaji, paratha or butter toast. Day 1 there was nothing left on the buffet when we arrived at 9am. When we ordered Poori Bhaji the man brought over what looked like a fried sandwich. Day 2 we pre-ordered Poori Bhaji for 8am, with the manager, the evening before. Got up to get it. Asked at reception and they said 'no food now' it would be 20mins - half hour later. But we had plans to leave early.

5. The Odd 'House keeping'
While we're out through the day we come back to find someone has been into the room to take away the towels. But not replaced them, or make up the bed/ turn down the room. The hotel ran out of toilet roll.

And if all of that wasn't bad enough... The General Manager hit on my friend, started as marginally inappropriate, scaled to numerous phone calls to the room and knocking on the door through the night with wine then ice-cream. To the point where she was so scared and intimidated that I needed to stay in her room that night with it bolted closed and a chair barricaded against it for safety.

We would have left after one night had there been anywhere else we could go in town. But we were there for a once in the lifetime experience of Holi festival and had to stay. We have now left a night early simply because we couldn't wait to get out of that hotel. Completely unsafe for a woman to stay on on her own in a room there. None of us have ever felt like that in our lives.

This place is near to railway station and all the major attractions in Mathura are near to this hotel. The staff is very courteous and friendly. The rooms are neat and clean with all the basic amenities. I would surely gonna visit this place again.

People who choose simple accomodation also CANNOT stay at this unkempt dirty so called hotel (hotel industry is known for hospitality and food, housekeeping). To start with, we were put up from 14- 16th March 2020.The locks of the doors are so very complicated, that everytime you end up calling for help.so far hadn't seen nor experienced this WORSE. Had to literally beg for drinking water, cold or hot. Were told this kind of hotels don't keep kettles. Ok ,but service could have made the difference. NO,THE WORST CHARACTERS ARE ALL IN ONE PLACE AS MANAGERS, WAITERS, GENERAL MANAGER, ROOM BOYS 👿etc., We had to practically beg for Complementary breakfast which was included while booking. Since they offered after 9am we chose to skip and ate out. But the last day, they had only one type ie aluparatha, that too asking money for the same.

Bathroom is decorated with the most ancient, rusty shower 😳Rooms were not cleaned inspite of us telling them in the morning before we left and came late evening. The worst ill mannered character of a manager is justifying it with a lame excuse. In spite of requesting for all the services which we had paid for, NONE OF THEM were APOLOGETIC and instead talked very rudely and uncouth characters don't know how to run a hospitality industry at all. So I request all of them who need comfort safety and cleanliness and overall peace of mind to avoid this accommodation TOTALLY. There are other beautiful stays, hotels in that area with a little difference.

Since our travel agent had booked it ,we had no choice. THE WORST EVER HOTEL I have come across in 35yrs of my experience of travel. Worst package for money in terms of service (they don't seem to know the spelling even), cleanliness, condition of room, food. Don't know how they got license to run the same. Last but not the least.,there's something fishy going on . Could hear female voices from the neighbouring rooms in the night but couldn't see anyone in the morning. Could see only men in the morning. Run by ill mannered people of another religion who are keeping our hindu gods in front as a guise. Please DONOT book treebo panache mathura ,for your own good 🙏🙏🙏

Very Bad services, there is proper parking facility for Car. Staff was stuck for money without any discount. Manager asks to Boss for every single deal, useless manager.... Completely dissatisfied with Staff.
