Hotel Kanha Inn

In my life I have never visited such a worst hotel like this... Rooms were very dirty. They showed me different rooms and provided wrong rooms . The staff is like people who are wearing good clothes but behaves like illustrated people.They don't have a proper manner how to talk to customers. I will never visit your hotel anymore and I will tell others not to visit there. You should close your hotel and Make it a dhaba.

I booked this hotel directly fetching phone number from Google one month before. After reaching the place rooms were not ready at all,room are also not up to the mark,staff behavior is rude ... waited for more than an hour but they were not able to provide room ...so asked for refund but they didn't did it.
I checked in to some other hotel and my booking amount was forfitted.
I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
They cheated me.

Worst hotel nd fraud on local I'd worst hotel in my life no proper clear room no proper maintenance room staf behaviour r so rood nd pay extra charges

Very very poor amenities , services. Does not deserve any stars . Never ever recommend this hotel in your life. Bad for families , Bad for old people. Its been upped by reviews . All BOTS . The staff , the entrance the bathrooms are dismal

1- Location showing wrong on goibibo website to manipulate customers. showing 600mtr walking distance from charbagh railway station but its 1.8kmtrs from charbagh railway station.

2- Not safe to stay with family.

3- Room size are displayed on goibibo is 80sq ft and actual size is 60sq ft only.

4- Geyser is not available in the room, showing on goibibo website, when asked for it they denied to provide geyser room.

5- Staff is non professional and rude.

MY EXPERIENCE IS GOOD IN HOTEL KANHA INN LUCKNOW, HOTEL IS LOCATED ON SUBASH MARG ITS ONLY 1 KM FROM LUCKNOW JUNCTION, THE STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THIS HOTEL , IF YOU ARE SEARCHING HOTEL NEAR TO CHARBAGH RAILWAY STATION THIS ONE BE GOOD CHOICE.

Safety issue.
Narrow rooms.
Wrong location to manipulate guest.
False and failed to give services promised on booking engines.
Rude staff.

NEVER EVER VISIT THIS HOTEL. WORSTHOTEL EVER, ILL BEHAVED STAFF, THEY GIVE YOU A PIECE OF PAPER OF A RECEIPT, DIRTIEST ROOMS, STINKING CORRIDORS AND BATHROOMS. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE AT ALL.
