Aptly located right on the major road where all the tourist attractions are. Rooms are not so great, however, they're one of the best ones available presently around town. Services are pretty average and need a lot of improvement. The restaurant serves unnecessarily spicy food and is very very slow. But if you're visiting Kushinagar, there won't be a lot of options so yes, you may book your stay here.

After a disappointing two nights at The Imperial we felt ripped off. This hotel is much more expensive than many nice options in Uttar Pradesh, but the service and food were very lacking.
When we sat down for breakfast we asked to see a menu and the waiter told us there was no menu. He listed a few options and I said what I would like. He began to walk away without asking what the woman at the table would like (this seems to happen often in India).
All of the prices were hugely inflated. The breakfast bill ended up with about 600 rupees of items we did not order. You could get better food and drinks just outside the hotel for about a tenth of the price. The laundry prices were at least double what we had paid elsewhere. When we were both feeling ill and asked the front desk to order a cab the cost was 2000 rupees when Ola and Uber estimated 700.

Good hotel, really close to all the sights. Very helpful staff. Especially Shuvojit Chowdhury at the front desk helped us out several times in a big way. Recommended!

Clean, safe, and filled with caring staff. I recommend this hotel to westerners looking for something like home.

Excellent location, great customer service and comfortable spacious room. Wifi was very poor. Food was ok.
