OYO 7147 Hotel Madhur Regency

there were so many issues.. firstly the bed sheets were not cleaned when we asked them to give new one they said inme kya problem h. towels were also not good they look more worse than the mop... washroom smells so bad not even soap were there no tissue nothing was there .telephone was also not working.. refrigerator contain fungus.. and main part is this at night rats rome on the ceiling and you can't available to sleep when we asked them to change the room they said no room is empty. it's too too bad... it's an advise not to visit that place

When u reach at hotel the manager denied that he did not provide any room in this price range then he ask me for the extra money. Very bad expirence.

Worst experience with this hotel. Booking confirmed with Oyo talk app 20 min. At place they denied to stay. Ask for cancelled and demand more amount. At this time 8 o'clock they asked the concern pern and not replied yet. This is the picture.

Extra money of Rs 200 has been changed, Geyser was not working, bed and blankets were not cleaned no break fast were served a lots of mouses has been noticed. I think they getting customer through OYO but not following norms of OYO. PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER and provide good service to your valued customer

Very bad room staff is not good food is worst nothing is good in this hotel

Worse place I have ever visited, after booking via oyo they said we will not accept your booking and the price of oyo was false they refused to take us in without giving extra 1000rs and the room were in even worse condition no hot water, no clean bedsheets, no clean blanket.

Firstly when I checked in manager clearly refuse for such amount which I pay to OYO, secondly all room things like (Pillow, Blanket, bada heet and towel is in worst condition, almost rapture of all things most important ret (CHOOHA) is very friendly of this hotel...... Totally not not and not satisfy stay with this hotel
