The room was comfortable, the service efficient, the food wholesome and the staff hospitable.
Breakfast in their restaurant on the terrace was complimentary . The lift only reaches a certain floor so stairs need to be climbed and the entrance to the restaurant is a little cumbersome. One has to be careful while stepping in. Otherwise, my stay was a good one.

We were at the hotel for 7 days in first week of May, 2022 to attend a marriage party. Everything including breakfast was reasonably good. Traditional dishes are ok. Let there be more varieties of gourmet lovers dishes

This is one of the oldest hotels in Agartala with all modern amenities. Though it is not available on any travel website but is always full from offline bookings.

Hotel has different categories of rooms. All the rooms are clean and beautifully decorated.
They have an in house restaurant which serves delicious food. Breakfast is complementary and has got variety of dishes.
Overall, had a great experience in this hotel and would like to stay again in future

Its best hotel in Agartala for a classy and comfortable stay.Hotel staff is very decent and respectful.Specially the hotel receptionist/Manager was very polite, cooperative and attending person.His presentation of hotel was very approachable and impressive.

nice place to stay, in the top floor a restaurant was there food was food specially fish curry

Good option within the main city area, Pruce is also very genuine.
