Ginger Agartala

Outstanding experience of our 2 days stay at Hotel Ginger, Agartala. the ambiance, quality, rooms, hospitality, food quality, location, cleanliness etc all are superb. The behavior and humbleness of staffs are really appreciated, especially, Mr. Biswajit Chakraborty's behaviour and politeness touched me and unforgettable. this hotel can be a model for hotel industry and service segments. I strongly recommend this hotel for pleasant stay for all. really, more value of money.

Room was spacious as needed. Complimentary items are served right at your comfort. Whenever I needed something I just have to call the room service or reception. Everything was fast and convenient. Food was slightly on higher cost but it was good only. I can't complaint. Everything was neat and clean. And if you ever find something which is not tidy and clean, you can always ask them to change them for you and they will do that. I was well served and conveniently during my stay. And I would love to say that it's one of the best Hotel at Agartala. It's located closely to everything you might need. A big 5 star rating from my side.

And if you ever ask me to improve something - I would love to add more options on food menu.

Location of the hotel is nearby Airport and is away from the rush of the city. Rooms are a bit outdated and not very spacious but that is okay if you are single but its economical. Overall if you consider budget hotel with good service than you can consider its one of the best in the city.

The stay was good. The hotel is situation on the main road near to high court and legislative assembly. The rooms are decent and well-maintained. What I liked most is their food quality. The in-house restaurant serves quality food. Overall, it was pleasant experience.

Worst service in entire agartala.
1. Rooms are small
2. Check in takes half an hour
3. Only 1 person at reception taking calls as well recieving customers
4. Dinner is a waste.
5. Complimentary breakfast has no option
6. Billing takes 1 hour as no receptionist is available.

Overall worst experience. Never recommend such hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rates are affordable. The service was excellent. They cleaned the room everyday when i went out. By the time i reach back at my room everything is ready the linen to towel. They also gave me water bottles daily and tea packets without any hesitation. This was a very good experience for me since i have stayed in many high end hotels which are expensive than this where they refused to give me the water bottles daily and told me to pay additional. Kudos to the ginger management for their service.

It is situate off a main road, this hotel is 1 km from Raj Bhavan, 3 km from the Ujjayanta Palace and museum. Room was small. Though cleanliness and maintenance was ok it can be improved. Staff was polite, friendly and cooperative. In house restaurant was nice. Property is not at the level of other locations of ginger hotels. Quality of amenities provided may be improved for more comfortable stay. It is adjacent to a pond.

Rooms are very comfortable, spacious, clean.. The furniture looks slightly old though.. Staff are very sweet and kind.
