The hospitality was top notch. Had a lovely time staying at the hotel. The location is also very good, you can get around to places very quick and easy. No regrets for choosing this hotel, looking forward to visit again.

It was a nice experience and had a comfortable stay for one night. The staff were courteous. Particularly a woman at the reception.

We were provided with a small room, definitely different from the room I booked last time for a hefty price.

The only two cons I found were that the tariff is expensive and also delay in getting the luggage to the room from the lobby.

Really enjoyed 04 Nights stay with family in the 1-Bedroom Deluxe Apartment type room.

Its like HOME AWAY FROM HOME . Would like to stay again in future also.

At Great Location , Very Well decorated / Maintained rooms & Bathrooms.

Breakfast Menu also Good .

Only thing if you order lunch, dinner or Snacks or Tea-Coffee etc in the Room, it is too expensive .

I had a great stay at Oakwood. The location is great and so are the amenities. The staff is very helpful and polite. My room was a studio superior and it came with a small kitchen area with all amenities -- electric stove, pans, cutlery, microwave, toaster, coffee maker etc. There were more than enough wardrobes to fit in stuff for a small family staying for a week or more. The place was very clean and fresh. The breakfast spread was also very good. Overall I had a good time at Oakwood and would come back when I visit Hyderabad again.

Location of the place, courteous staff, cleanliness, sumptous calorie friendly options in the break fast, view from the room and most importantly a well equipped kitchen (in case u miss home food if ur staying long). These are all the reasons why i loved my stay here. Worth the money. Forgot to mention the gym (fully equipped) for my fitness freak hubby and a swimming pool to keep my son occupied.

The team at Oakwood were extremely attentive and fabulous customer service. From the time we checked in the process was slick and efficient. We stayed for 10 days and the rooms were beautifully appointed and luxurious. Amandeep the Manager greeted us and was extremely friendly and welcoming during our entire stay. The staff at the restaurant picked up our individual requirements and pretty much were able to predict what we wanted for our breakfast. Like extra ginger and pepper in our Masala tea and how we wanted our omelette made. Ganesh, Amina and Suman were absolutely wonderful. We were so impressed with the individual attention and quality of food we held an important birthday party reception at the restaurant. A home an away from home with everything done for you. Tanusree and Bharat from the front desk were extremely helpful as well as Vishal. A must stay place.

We stayed for 3 nights in Jan23 as a family with 2 kids. Overall, the experience was very good. While we asked for a higher floor or an upgrade, we didnt get it citing unavailability....was the only sour point but everything else was perfect. The ambience,
gym and indoor swimming pool and maintenance was pretty good. There was a near full fledged kitchen with a juicer and a fridge which are pretty good . The balcony view was not so great. Price is a bit expensive but felt worth... Breakfast spread is decent enough and would visit again....:-)

Recently visited Hyderabad and stayed in Oakwood residence. It was a great stay overall. Excellent facilities, spacious and well maintained rooms. Staff is very humble and well behaved. Food in restaurant was USP for me and my kid. We really enjoyed every bit of it. Special thanks to Mr Gupta and Mili who took really good care of my family. I will definitely recommend this facility to everyone.
