Worst experience ever. Not proper response from reception and others. Receptionist who has has 'NANNI' TATTOO on right arm is not at all co operative. He is not answering questions properly. He is so arrogant in behaviour. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED hotel. Prices are high, service is extremely poor.

Great stay and service! The rooms were big, clean and well maintained for the price. The customer experience at the front desk and overall service was good. Breakfast could be improved.

Staffs were friendly to help out for early check-in and also very early check-out. The room was soo clean and spacious for a comfortable stay. Had a peaceful sleep. Breakfast complimentary was really good.

The reception staff were very impatient, not at all polite and the hospitality was very poor. They should be trained to talk to the customers with utmost respect atleast to the people who deserve some respect.

Our experience staying here was amazing until we met the receptionist in the night. I guess his name is Meera or Mira. He was rude, arrogant, agitated for no reason and questions you simply just to show his authority over the place.

He doesn't want to converse in English to a non Hindi speaking visitor or he will only speak to you in Hindi even when he knows we don't speak the language. He doesn't respond to requests properly atall or he will cut you off immediately.

He is high/drunk most of the time I saw him - makes the hotel not a safe place for families and kids.

Kitchen staff are quite on the face when you go have your complimentary breakfast; giving you all a heads up!

It's a shame I had to do this and give one star because the other staffs in the reception and service are amazing!

Stayed many times in this property.Till now haven’t faced any issues.Rooms we’re clean and neat.room service is also good.looking forward to visit again.

I stayed here for a week. The room was cleaned everyday and kudos to their staff for maintaining it.
