clean room & bathroom, staff is nice and very cooperative. if you like to have hard drink then a Bar is attached, room service is available. you can order by zomoto or swiggy. overall good experience

At Night I Booked OYO For ₹668 At 10:20. So I Went To The Residency. They Asked For More Money And They Added Our Booking As Check-in. So The Money Will Not Be Refunded. In This Time They Demand More Money. This A Cheap Trick Of Residency. So I Slept On Platform.

When Your Relationship Isn't Right, Why Are U Tie Up With OYO

Earn Money In Proper Way Not In Cheap Way.
This Is The Reason That Your Residency Had Low Rating (3.0)

So Friends Be Careful When U Watch This OYO In Online. Think Once Before U Book This OYO

Worst location , he charged 1800 for room which is very high , basically it's in a market ,, ground floor mass bar, above that this hotel , don't go with family

Amount was pre paid but they said amount was unpaid. Very bad. I would request refund as I had to stay elsewhere. If not, I will not visit Oyo again.

Oyo shows some price and hotel reception said double price of Oyo price. I don't know it was Oyo mistake or hotel mistake. Worst service of Oyo app. Don't use Oyo app. If you want lowest price room, then go to lodge directly.

I booked online at a concession price but when I have shown the booking slip at the reception. He did not honour he said this is an online booking we will not accept it. I was so disappointed and frustrated I booked another hotel. The Suraj Hotel picture is good but the location is very bad and worse.

They are not allowing to book in oyo app, or if you book they are accepting, each room they charging 1500rs to 1800 rs based on situation.

Room is in very bad condition. Flooring is dug up at two places and is left open. Bedsheets are very dirty. Foot prints are visible on it. OYO Pillows are totally dirty with full black oil marks.Towel provided is very dirty. Wash basin is very dirty. OYO band across the bed is very dirty. No intercom facility available. To address each and every problem, I have to personally go to the reception counter and discuss. Further, most of the time no person is available at the reception. I have wait for the person to come or make another visit. On request only mosquito repellent is provided. That too machine is not working. TV remote not working. AC not working. I have to visit reception every time to address these issues and get it attended.
No complementary breakfast provided.
Overall my experience with the hotel is very bad.
