ITC Kakatiya, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Hyderabad

The hotel is truly value for money. You will be getting all the facilities which you expect from a 5 star property. Swimming pool is really attractive and relaxing. It was short stay however felt home away from home. Staff at front desk and restaurant are really courteous and hospitable . I would love to stay again in my future visits to Hyderabad.

- the hotel is having excellent staff who greets and welcomes guest in excellent manner.
- the rooms of the hotel are awesome with their furnishings and decoration.
- they provide excellent amenities and facilities with very good care.
- the floral decoration in the room as well as hotel are awesome which is done by housekeeping staff.
- the interaction of staff with guest is awesome as they greet and speak with guest in the polite manner
- the servicing of food to the guest in the restaurant is outstanding.
- the care of the hotel given to the guest is unbelievable.

First time at the Kakatiya. Its an old property but the lobby area is impressive. However, the rooms can't hide their age.. they desperately need a makeover in terms of furniture, light switches and bathroom fittings - these are all jaded and old fashioned. The service is impeccable, in sync with the high standards and hospitality of ITC Hotels. Breakfast was good and staff was very courteous and helpful.

Spacious quiet and uncrowded. Excellent buffet and a la carte menu for less spicy food. Good bathroom facilities. Great service and you can take home left overs in nice box. Club sandwich and warm butter nan were so good.

Its always been a great experience and this time was no different. The rooms are good. Reception services, room service, in room dining, house keeping are all excellent. Very well trained and responsive staff. The service what u provide is more than enough .All staffs are excellent. I give 5 star & give first priority for this hotel whenever I feel to Visit.

We had a very spacious room. Had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay of 2 nights here. The food in the buffet was delicious and there were lots of varieties to choose from. Iron was provided for ironing clothes free of cost. Staff behaviour was very good.
