Liked everything about it.. just the bed was too squishy and you'd feel yourself sinking in it. It added to discomfort and suffered from body aches after sleeping on it. Also bathroom could have been properly ventilated and could have been a bit more maintained. No room service.

Room is nice but not as clean as I hoped it would be. The room that I was given has no windows, so it was a bit suffocating. Hotel location is quite good and very accessible.

The room was stinking. Bathroom is wet everytime from multiple leakages. Bedsheets have blood stains. Room is cockroach infested. Horrible experience. I have lost trust on OYO , because of this stay.Also, front Desk Staff behavior is bad.

Booking at this place was a mistake. The room was average with door locks not working. Later discovered that the geyser was also not working. There was no drinking water on the floor nor was any room service provided. The hotel refused to solve any of the issues as well as any alternative room. I called Oyo help and struggled with Oyo for an hour with no result.

Tariff issue by property manager OYO silver key 79803,i.e they say price is not valid. so denied check-in at 9pm night. even though I booked/paid 1 day before. but OYO customer care helped me with other hotel room.

There are taking extra charges Rs- 160/- in reception which I have pay to Oyo already Rs- 836/-. I asked why are you taking extra charges Then the receptionist said Actual silver key room price is 1200/- So, I should pay more 364/- to receptionist Which is Oyo I payed money is not a correct price . So remaining money 364/- should be pay then only room key will allocated. So, I requested to receptionist upto 20mins about money problem then he offered me to pay Rs-160/- . Then he allocated room to me. This is the problem I face in Oyo offer So please don't use Oyo app.

Hospitality is good, room ambience is nice, a few broken lights here and there. There's no restuarant available in the hotel. Over all and above average experience.

It's really cheating.... price shown in the app is different but at the property they change with higher amount even they don't care about Oyo booking customers and they were saying that cancel your booking and we can't give you room in that price
