Hotel Swetha

Rooms were clean but dated. Bathrooms were bad. Shower was draining properly. No hot water. Had to change rooms because there was no hot water in the first room. The 2nd as well had no hot water at 5 AM. Double beds are too small to fit a family of 4.
Breakfast was included and the items were updated daily.

The facility is good but the place lacks maintenance. The staff is least concerned about the customers or the punctuality. Reception staff was discourteous, Bathroom had water logging, AC temperature settings were not working (it was either off or on) and breakfast was not available as per the timing shown at the hotel.

V bad experience. AC, TV, Shower not working. Insects inside room. Reception guys took 20mins to allot room. No glass provided in room for water. Wifi doesn’t work.

Apparently it happens be the best hotel around. However would suggest not to book and look for other options.

Stay room is good and beds sheets are clean. Tv in good condition. Intercom not working. Wash room is looking shabby and smells like a store room. Breakfast is good Otherwise good hotel and worth of money we spent

Very near to bus station and well maintained. Clean and hygienic but food was not that great. Service was slow but overall it's the ambience you could enjoy. ⭐⭐⭐/5⭐

This hotel was built in a spacious area.

Good parking, Grand lobby, Good room size.

May be this hotel is around 15 years old and some things need maintenance.

Main problem is no sufficient hot water is coming.

Restaurant prices are high. Staff are not trained one.

Good thing is every area in this hotel is spacious.

Room looks good and best response from team.

Breakfast is little bad no good tasty and less items .Neatness need to be implement.

I would have given no star if there is such option, staff were reluctant to help and not courteous, sheets in the room are dirty, toilets smell the worst.
