OYO SilverKey 74930 Khajaguda

Hotel wise it's not that bad. AC was working fine (used to make weird sound tho), washroom was clean, check in was smooth too. But: 1) Price shown during booking was about a 1000 rupees less for 3 nights as compared to the price I had to pay during check-in. 2) Garbage bin not cleared for 3 days (until checkout). 3) No cleaning of rooms. 4) Food is not bad but very expensive. Even a 1L bottle of water (which costs Rs. 20) is sold at Rs. 30.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The rooms were satisfactory. The fan didn't work for my room, but they provided AC so I settled for it. Note that this hotel doesn't allow you to order food from Zomato/Swiggy. They have their own kitchen and you need to call there and place an order. The prices are a bit on the higher side. Overall, it's a moderately satisfactory hotel meant for short stays.

Staff had problems but never had solutions... Worst customer service. Even after booking hotels they made us pay extra money to stay. Manager was not at all cooperative. Could not check in one hour early or one hour late even after informing them without paying extra money... Out side food is not allowed but they also don't serve breakfast or lunch or dinner at proper times even after mentioning on menu... Worst service... Same experience was faced by another fellow guest

Booked the room through the Agoda app, all went smoothly and it was neat. But when I arrived at OYO Silverkey hotel, the guy at the reception said that there was no booking in my name, asked me to call OYO customer service...he was not helpful at all and didn't even have the courtesy to politely inform us what to do next.

However, when called Agoda customer care, it connected to Malaysian call center and the rep was really sweet and helpful and processed the refund immediately..

Money minded people. They ask double the price you book at. I booked at 645/night and they asked extra 720 per night else go away to different Oyo. They don't consider Oyo bookings. They use Oyo only to bring in customer and then charge their extra amount even after booking is done

One of the worst stay i have never experienced.i app it shows price as 900 and paid total amount through online and again while checking in they asked me to pay 500 and they askwd to check in app its totally fraud.while booking it shows low price and while check in they udpate other price. pleawe dont prefer thisbkind of property. the room are not at all nice worst rooms amd no proper response from the staff

Never ever visit this hotel with your family or a partner. Such a disgusting place it is.

1. You will find this hotel very cheap in travel apps, but during check-in receptionist will ask for triple amount. You can't even contact the travel app also.

2. The place is not safe for the couple and family. No professionalism and place is worst.

3. There is no cleanliness in their dictionary. The rooms are very dirty.

4. The reception people doesn't know, how to speak with a customer.

This property not even worth for single star rating.

Please avoid this hotel
They scam people with low price while booking
Once u reach the hotel they change the booking amount
And the receptionist is rude and arrogant, forget about customer service.
And the place has illegal activities
Couples stay away from here
