Hotel Hyderabad Grand

Rooms are like very very old design. Parts of it are falling off. Doors are battered and plumbing is also bad. They might renovate soon as it is very very lagging to the current standards. Service rendered is awesome. Room size is huge, ac and electrical outlets work fine. Only issue is the quality of the rooms.

Stayed here for few hours when my flight got delayed. The hotel is cozy and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The good here is delicious. Definitely worth a stay.

I booked the hotel by checking the reviews but disappointed very badly. The rooms are not well maintained and service at front desk was poor. We were given smoking room in spite of asking non-smoking then they had to change it. Meanwhile I went down to park car and when I returned to front desk asked asked my new room number, they said they don’t know that. 🤣🤣. The springs on beds pinch you whole night. The route to basement parking is terrible.

Perhaps they used to be very good before but value for money is absolutely nothing now.

Room Allocated Number 101 was pretty dingy. Layout was not a standard one with obstruction in movement. Strange sound of some machine operations was coming frequently. It was very disturbing and the the floor supervisor also acknowledged it and changed the room. We had to move from 1st floor to 2nd floor in the middle of the night. Pretty bad experience. Informed to the Front Desk Manager in the morning during checking out but the person was pretty rude as his cheating was caught. Parking was pretty bad and the car bumper got damaged. Not recommended at all for anyone for future.

Extremely affordable and incredibly neat. The staff are incredibly friendly and even go out of their way to help customers. Maintenance and cleaning are top notch. The rooms are ensuite and are extremely comfortable. The in room service and the attached number restaurant are simply superb.

Recently on my family tour to Hyderabad I stayed here. I read many reviews about this hotel before stayed here. Really their hospitality is outstanding & Mr Moin on front desk is very humble & always ready to help you. Restaurant food is also nice. It is hardly 10 mins away from airport.
