We book this hotel for 7 days because of good reviews. But the hotel is not that good.
Receptionist demands extra money for small things like check in time..
Room service was not provided in those days. They did not clean the room and change the bedsheets as well. Also no towels were provided by them.
No hot water provided. Also TV set is not working.
I do not recommend this hotel.

Because of construction happening adjacent to it there is lot of noise from early morning 6 till late in the evening and the staff don't want to change the room on opposite side where the noise is less. They don't have any system to clean n maintain the room even if u stay 3days. They have only 1staff who don't want to do anything
Strictly avoid

Hotel was fine. Rooms were clean. Service is barely okay. Location is good. Behind hotel there is Santosh dhaba which has superb food.

RUINED OUR TIME AND MONEY...
I'll write a detailed review... construction work is going on the backside of the hotel n it's irritating noise...i took a photo from window..if you don't have any other option then came here...

Detailed review--

I booked this hotel in January - Feburary (not remembered) which is my first visit to Hyderabad. Everything was good i booked for 2 days and stayed for an extra 3 days. At that time the owner's behaviour was good. He told us that next time whenever you visit just let me know I'll arrange a room n all. Don't book online .

So when I visited in April, as he said I called him in advance about my visit. When I reached he gave us different rooms. Rooms were smaller than earlier. He gave us backside rooms which had a BIG ISSUE of CONSTRUCTION NOISE(attached one photo of construction). Don't book this hotel until the construction is complete.
We requested a front side room but he denied. and his behaviour was very unprofessional 😔. We check in the morning between 4-5 am and because of all problems like NOISE of construction and behaviour we check out the same day in the evening between 5-6 pm. Our hard earned money was wasted. Then I found best hotel near and moved there. Good deal, good atmosphere, new building.

Good things-

•Clean rooms and lobby with beautiful arts.
•Sometimes you'll get good deals online.
•Hot water 24/7
• allows 24 hrs check-in check-out if you book offline. Weird but good sometimes.

Bad things--

•No parking for 4 wheeler
•NOISE of CONSTRUCTION starts early morning
•Between two rooms they placed two bathrooms with a common wall which has a ventilation hole connects both bathrooms. YOU CAN LISTEN CLEARLY IF SOMEONE IS TALKING ON ANOTHER SITE BATHROOM. I'll attach a rough drowing of it.
•Local people's not allowed even if they have online booking.
•Early check-in is not available, you have to pay at least half of the one day amount also it varies.
•room service is ok ok
•no kitchen so no food. Only lodging.
• u hv to ask for basic things like a towel, soaps etc.

This hotel is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a great location and is easy to find.

small but good hotel located in the main market place. easy access nampally railway station and 3 to 4 km to Charminar. fine and pleasant stay. neatly and cleanly maintained. pleasing reception staffs.

Excellent stay and very good staff and nice interior. Loved to stay here. Next time sure to come and stay here only.

Located in the centre of city hub. You will get cabs and eatables are somewhat distance from the location. But a decent hotel with good service. The owner is very ethical to what I had seen on my stay and also the labours.
