OYO Townhouse 151 H Square

I got a chance to stay for a week here. Hotel staff is super polite and it's a pleasure to interact with them. Rooms are fairly good and have been made in a very modern way. However, food is a problem here. All 7 days breakfast was served either late 8:30 am. onwards. The utensils were mostly wet and breakfast was unmaned. Some time there is no bread others the coffee is missing. It was one thing or the other everyday.

Also, since this property is right next to Ring road it's gets very noisy early in the morning (5:00 a.m) sometimes even in the night and I had trouble sleeping a few days.

I would rate the reasons since morning:

1. Dental kit not available went to purchase from outside.
2. Breakfast not available and no one to coordinate. All the used plates were kept on the table and no place to stmit in the restaurant.
3. Room no. 304 AC not working and again no one to listen to the complaints.
4. Four cups of sugar free tea ordered at 5pm which was provided to our room at 6.25pm but woah, they added the full amount of sugar into it. Again, asked one tea which was not delivered for another 45 minutes and upon confirming, the staff said that the person went to purchase the milk.
5. Very bad and unprofessional behaivour and service.... dont go by OYO app rating of the room. Bad experience.

One of the best OYO townhouse hotel in the Nagol area. Very clean, good viewpoint and silent. Nagol metro station is very close to the hotel for easy city commute. Staff is also nice. You can order food from outside which is the best thing.

I booked this OYO for my in laws' stay from 27th Feb-1st Mar '20. Not only was I fooled by the pictures on the OYO app which does not show the stinking lake on the backside, more than 97% of the reviews on the app are fake (only 61 verified out of 2600+ reviews). At the time of checking in, the staff was incredibly rude and unwilling to give them the rooms double triple checking the IDs and saying that the rooms are being cleaned (at 6pm!) Had to wait more than half n hour till the rooms were finally allotted. Very disappointed by the room service and the overall experience. Im baffled how this hotel is OYO recommended. Never going to book OYO hotels again.

Worst experience ever.
Room were not clean, room was full cockroachs.
No water supply. Staff doesn't care or respond to the request at all.
Please avoid this place.

Fair experience. The rooms are not cleaned till the time you call the staff. infact, need to call them for everything.

I have booked hotel from oyo app and I have done online payment, day before checkin ( ID : PDFO2217 )
At the time of check in , I spoke with the receptionist to clean the room and keep it ready for me. And he’s actually asking me that how much amount I have paid for room in this hotel I said what’s with money man I have already booked it from the website and it is conformed its self why your asking me this now , and he was like, sir sry we don’t provide room in this amount if u want room in this hotel u have to pay extra amount for this room
I don’t like the way talk and response from the hotel , if that hotel don’t accept that much amount then why u guys conformed my booking

Rule of thumb, number of stars for your hotel are equal to the service that will be provided. This place is OK for travelers who have no choice to stay around Uppal area. Conveniently located right across Nagole Metro and has few places to eat in walking distance towards Uppal circle. Now the sad part is that their bathrooms are maintained horribly and they clean only when you ask. They looked like short in staff and that is understandable due to Pandemic situation. View from my room is really awesome overlooking metro rail.
