Stayed here for 1 night. Hotel is very difficult to identify from main road as there is no board. Also, you have to cross a dark corridor and then climb to the 3rd floor to reach the reception. It was run by a bunch of guys who have no courtesy at all. Room looked new but was in a shabby state because of zero cleaning and maintainence. Bedsheet, blanket and towel were of mediocre quality and very dirty. Bathroom had only a single handwash dispenser. When asked for the oyo toiletries, they said this is what they provide. No facility of room service or restaurant. So go only if you want to stay overnight.

The room was fine, it had everything required but I didn't like the host's attitude. I booked the room through OYO which said breakfast's included but the host said it's not part of our package. He even was denying the basic amenities kit initially but then atleast got me a handwash

Never ever book this hotel even if they are giving stay in free. Worst hotel that too supported by OYO Flagship. I am surprise that OYO loots their trusted customers like this. Only room with old bed dirty bed sheet dirty towels with bed bugs and lot of cockroaches. Water they are providing in used plastic bottles which should be not used again. Tv is not working. Ac is not working. Power cut in one room. No toiletries supply as Oyo used to supply. And after complaining all these they are less interested to solve the issue. They are just making us to work by shifting from one room to other but situation were same in all room . In room no 308 commad toilet was also shaking. Mirror in washroom was broken. I paid 1500 per night per room but was not able sleep one night properly . Today is second night and I am helpless as I have paid whole amount in advance. Oyo executive made us fool. I want my money back but they are not giving. Don’t consider this hotel. No staff to take care.

Near by charmimar. So nice place. Since cleaning. AC, TV, WI-FI, are Working. Very good staff. 24 hour Room service.
