Hotel Swagath Grand - Dr AS Rao Nagar

So I have visited this hotel on a business presentation of DMHO
hotel is good. Very neat atmosphere
Not that much space for parking I guess
Other all amenities are fine
Cleanliness is on point
But I didn't see much of the staff there

Food is also fine I have tasted only starters but they were good enough

Located on main road, Good place to stay.
Price: slightly high as the room sizes are not so big.
Service: Service is Good
Party Hall: Yes there is a Party hall where one can conduct small functions with 300 members.
Parking: Parking is only for people staying, as the parking is limited
If u r conducting any function in the Party hall, it is recommended to hire some valet Parking service provider, otherwise it will become a mess in the entrance are.
Food: Food is not so Good but OK, as it is also not too bad aswell.

One of the worst hotels that I have ever been to!

Serves stale food that too salty and too spicy.

Beware and search for better alternatives!

Worst place ever to have dinner, it's not worth for 1 star also, servers are very rude towards customer, 2nd starter is served after 1 hour of 1st started served, after asking for the late a rude answer like should I cancel this is said by the server, worst experience I ever experienced I almost tasted 90 % to 95 % of Hyderabad restaurant and swagath is listed in that but this a.s Rao nagar swagath grand near radhika theatre is the worst ever

I am very regular to this place, food ambience everything is just average apart from that the service is very poor..one of the latest example is.....today i attended a function and Vallet people collected the car to park it ..when I collected the car found some scratches in the front bumper area..I asked the vallet driver to call the manager.. neither the manager arrived nor any of the person came forward to resolve the issue.. this shows how much they are concerned about the customers

Ambience was good. Starter was also good but main course disappointed. You should be a gymer to stretch the naan/garlic naan.Overall rating is average.

The Hotel is good and having a good reputation in market. This area hotel makes some problems. We have booked a hotel, By the time we reached the rooms are not properly provided to us, saying the guests in the hotel are still in check-in and told us to wait for almost 2 hours. It is really a bad experience. Apart from that everything is good at the hotel.

**WORST ** experience ever in my life. the food was stinking & taste bad. when I bought it to the management notice, they behaved very unprofessional and rude. they have also mentioned that they DO NOT CARE about REVIEWS & My experience as customer at all. The management ganged up and spoke very rough.
