Very bad experience. They took a suite room booking one month in advance, but asked to adjust in another room upon arrival as owner's relatives were there and they were given first preference. We adjusted for 12 hours, then they accepted to give us another room . Even that got delayed as the room boy was out. We were fed up and asked for refund, even there they tried to charge us extra and reduce the refund amount. We argued for half an hour n got out money back n moved elsewhere. Best decision to move out of that hotel!
Rude staff, not worried about customers , no respect for others, and most importantly below average rooms with zero amenities.

Very poor maintenance at midnight water got leaked from somewhere else my bags got wet completely fan only works at 5 speed. No proper wifi signal staff also not responding correctly.

Complete unelgible staff.. manager is completely unfit for this hospitality field... Not even minimum respect for guests.. he think he is owner of this property and treats guests came here for his needs not for their business and treats guests will come here only for drinking liquor and threatening your guests.. if the main owner of this property reading this review pls make it mark sir you will won't be repeated guests will book rooms again... Don't book rooms in this hotel.. Iam staying in this hotel regularly for my business purpose since 3 years.. iam happy with old staff they are costomer friendly so with that experience we came to this hotel but now it's completely different now...

If Negative review could be possible I'd have done that. No kitchen, No food. Bad rooms full of cockroaches.
On the day of check-out, they called me at 6 O'Clock and says you have to check-out by 9:30. I request for 11:00 and am ready to pay for early check-in but they forced me to check-out.
Don't even think of this rubbish hotel.

Very bad room without any cleanliness. Unclean bedsheets. Tiny toilet. Since location is on busy main road, Whole night vehicles sound. Luckily had booked only for 1 night. Avoid this zero star hotel.

Checked in here last minute as I didn't have other options in that area for one night. The staff here speak only Hindi and they are very responsive to customers. You get hot water in the rooms from 5 am. You don't get food here but on customers' request water bottles and soft drinks are served. Coming to the cons: the rooms are not clean and so are the washrooms. The air conditioners in the rooms are old. The bedsheets don't appear to be clean and the towels are old and dirty(though they are claimed to be washed ones). The rooms are infested with cockroaches, mostly small ones. They are everywhere on walls on chairs, table, bed, on doors, everywhere. I had to kill as many of them as possible using my shoe before going to bed.
