Cool atmosphere with the pleasant surroundings. Wondering the beauty of the garden with the swimming pool.we attended a family function in it.Nice services with tasty food both South and North Indian varieties different type of cuisine with different tastes good and proper guidance. The cool breeze makes the mind pleasure and comfort, the best one to forget our worries...cool and chill.

Excellent ambience calm quite very neat courteous welcome and covid check so quick and directing to our destination.

More I am impressed we were there on a rainy day without umbrella.Yes we were given warm clean towel to dry us with a smile and other services. That’s great.

The rooms are spacious with all the essential things for your comfortable stay. The beds have foam mattresses. The geography of the property is kind of confusing. Need more property maps on the location. I had been there for a corporate event. The food served to us in the buffet was decent. The property has two restaurants on premises again with decent food. There is an infinity pool and the beach is pretty much quiet and clean. The management needs to train people to understand more than the local language especially the concierge, as it becomes difficult for them to communicate with the guests.

property is excellent…you can see the whole ocean infinity view right from the entrance of the resort! we had booked executive suite which was awesome..especially the bathroom was very spacious! kids loved the bathtub!

we had one major complaint about the reef: the service was worth 2 star only. i understand it was holiday period but when we pay premium holiday rates we would expect great shereton level hospital!
not just us but so many guests had unpleasant experiences and walking out of the restaurant. the spread was good but service was very poor, slow, unattended etc..simple thing as serving water took them 40 minutes. every order was to be reminded more than twice to get it to the table…small margarita pizza took 1 hour to come to the table from the buffet!
the managers and cooks were extremely caretaking to please us to resolve the issues ! chef ravishankar was great with his services, manish was very friendly and shreyaa was good too..

overall we had a very good stay but the restaurant experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Spa and Resort in Chennai. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the level of service and attention to detail. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The resort also offers a variety of amenities, including a spa, fitness center, pool, and restaurant.

No complaints everything is awesome! The restaurants, the lawns, the lobbies, the gym, most of the rooms, all face the spectacular view of the beach. The staff is very friendly. The morning brunch is a lavish spread of Asian, Indian and continental with live pancake, omelette and Chai counters. There is a play area for kids and a crocodile park in the vicinity. You can get up early and get a view of the mesmerizing sunrise and spend time on the beach. Thank you team for an amazing and luxurious stay.

Loved the stay at the sea facing comfortable rooms. Kids enjoyed the Swimming pool, Kids play area and had an opportunity to play TT & Billiards at leisure. Enjoyed the Buffet Breakfast.
Dinner at C Salt - was not up to expectations. Live DJ - music kids enjoyed.
The blisters in the room wall was a sore sight for a well kept room.
Very well behaved staff and helpful support team. Responsive managers.

Found the staff very receptive to feedback and requests. For example Chef Vinoth made us excellent fish curry on request. The other food and beverage staff were very attentive and helped us with food options that suited us. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. We found some teething issues with quality of towels and so forth but when we raised it - it was immediately seen to as well.
