Hotel Khems

Decent hotel with reasonable prices. Hotel staff is friendly and hospitable. Rooms are a little smaller for the liking, but cozy enough. Some rooms are more spacious. Location is decent and most of the places in Ooty can be accessed from here using various public transport.

Had a great time at Khems! The staff took really good care of me. Room service was quick as well. Great for this segment of hotels.

We have booked the executive room in the particular hotel. The room was of very badly maintained, the sofas were full of dust and it seems the hotel authorities are paying zero attention towards maintenance. Lighting inside the hotel is also very less.
I highly dont recommend families or solo travelling ladies to stay in the hotel. I had booked room for three days from fab hotel. On seeing the condition, vacated on the first day itself

The room walls have seepages, The Breakfast was not good and even the WIFI is not working properly. Overall it was bad experience

2 star for their partnership with agoda
Agoda take your booking and keep it confirm till check in date while hotel denied your reservation,. With such agreement by both entity , customer will suffer,

Never do advance booking as they can denied and u can't do anything

I have booked via Agoda with Pay at hotel option and given credit card while booking
On check in date they just denied the accommodation by saying they don’t have my reservations, If hotel is full either Agoda or FabHotel should cancel my booking and should inform me in advance

Great Staff including a tour guide in affordable prices and I wish to be in Khems again I i get a chance to visit Ooty again.

Good hotel to stay........ Hot water available. Management is nice Near to most of places
