Treebo Trip Balini

It's a very good hotel with spacious & neat rooms. Staffs are very good & hospitable. Location is prime & travelling around is very convenient. Complimentary Breakfast is basic. Special mention of the hotel manager for his proactive arrangements of our local tours.

Only had parking space for three cars, but we got one of them. So, no complaints. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. The breakfast was very good.

Location of hotel is on main street and near by many restaurants to eat . Rooms are ok spacious , Breakfast was not so good and they must work on it . They just served 2 peices of Idly and 1 vada in breakfast with single tea or coffee . I believe something better could have been chosen in similar rates . Overall it was fine no problem as such staying here

First the pros:
Location- close to kk Nagar arch. Easy transport available
The reception and staff- they are friendly and try to make you at ease
The restaurant and food: the complimentary breakfast was tasty though it was same or almost same on all the days of stay- idli dosa vada uthappam. No choice. But never complain about food that tastes good

The cons:
Maintenance- the hotel needs to improve on the maintenance aspect. When it's treebo we look up for an ambience second to none. Didn't live upto expectations
The cleanliness: toilets were getting choked up in between. The hangars in bathroom.looled rusty and the furnitures need more dusting or renovation.
There were cobwebs in the room, the wall damaged with moisture was visible

However we stayed for 6 days and hope our next trip there will be an improvement

1)Lot of mosquitos...
2)Even intercom is provided only after making complaint to the receptionist.
3)Drinking water not provided for more than one hour...
4)Fan regulator knob is not working
5)Towels hanger in the bathroom is broken
6)Not seen any professional approach towards customer service

This single star I have given just as I value treebo brand else this property doesnot matches at all with any other treebo property I had stayed in past. Rooms were average, service was low. I think the basic facilities like tooth brush paste should be provided free of cost but they even asked charges for that. Even the toiletries like soap and shampoo privided was having brand name of oyo . No Hindi channels were there in cable tv. Even tea as part of complementary breakfast was charged.over all below average property as compared to oyo hotel and other groups which I was getting at something around 2000 rs. Near railway station Madurai. Not recommend any one this hotel. Totally waste of money and defaming of treebo brand.

The room is okay, the only thing here is that no one picks up the phone from the reception area. We have to step out of the room just to let them know if we needed something.

Also, there is no English channels. I asked if they do and they said yes, only to find out that they are not subscribed to any English channels, that is, English movie channels. They told us they will renew their subscription but to no avail.

Good budget hotel if you're looking for a spacious clean big rooms n washrooms n friendly staff n good service . You can grab a burger or sandwich as they've their own cafe attached to the hotel by name "TN 59".
