Location is superb with eye soothing view from the balcony. Very Chilled weather. Buffet Breakfast was satisfactory. Staff is ready help all the time. Uphill road leading to the resort is adventurous except last 100 meters where it gets too adventurous and too much of anything is too bad. If the management ponder upon repairing the road, this resort is one the best resorts in Ooty at a reasonable price.
It is very pleasant even after dark, the view gets enlightened and the fireflies in the garden beautifies the atmosphere. Last but not the least, peaceful spiritual meditation at the balcony is something to try in this natural atmosphere.
Would come back again Insha Allah.

We booked a room for 2 days. Primary concern is the location of this hotel. There is a very narrow road that leads to this resort, which I believe was dangerously inclined. If you are not a skilled car driver who knows to drive in rugged terrain you would find it very hard to reach here. If it rains, Swiggy delivery personnel will swear at you before they get your food up here. But the view of the Ooty town from up here was simply mesmerizing. Both the mornings we spent here, we sat on a little swing overlooking the town to enjoy the view. Rooms were good. Breakfast was complementary and was really good. There was no room heater which was a disappointment. This would be a super great place to stay if a good road is constructed to get there.

The place is a good one and the rooms are comfortable with a great view. The food was good but don't expect a delicious breakfast spread! But whatever is served is tasty!
The major drawback is the road to reach the hotel! It's horrible! They should consider this as serious issue and should build proper connectivity. Connectivity gets even worse in the evening, no vehicle agrees to come here and even if they come, the charges are very high!
Well if you want an amazing view and not very far from the main city, then this is a place for you! The tourist destinations are also close by.
By the way the team is very hospitable and very respond very quickly!

We had stayed here for 3 days and the resort was so beautiful. The view from the resort was so nice , the rooms were so clean and neat. Food was very tasty.
We had enjoyed a lot.

Mr.Shankar (Manager) was very supportive and helping nature he arranged all the things very well
And all the staff was very kind and supportive.

The view from the hotel is great but the road that leads to the hotel is horrible. If you are not experienced driver get ready to get screwed. The room service is pathetic no one responds to the calls. All the sockets have loose connections , you can't even charge your Phones properly. The kettle was not operable and this hotel had a great issue of hot water.

Excellent place to stay with family. Breakfast and Dinner are good. Roads near the resort will not be good but can be chosen for mesmerizing outside view from balcony and calm atmosphere.

The room was neat and clean, but bathroom tap fittings were poor (needs to be fixed). The room is not air tight, so during winter it feels cold though blankets are provided. It would be nice if the heating facility is provided. Regarding food, the canteen has very few varieties. The taste is good.

Location wise it is far from the railway station, and as it is on top of the hill and the road is bad, you can't get public transport to reach there. You have to take help from the reception.

A nice property with an exquisite view.

Not so long away from the town area, this property sits on top of a mountain, with a vast and wide view of the Ooty town. In fact, you don't need to go anywhere else to witness the Sunset. But to reach at the property, you need to come through a pretty bumpy road – the 3 of us actually got down from the car so that it can pass through the rocky terrain smoothly. With a nice property setup, they could have taken care of the road condition as well, I felt.

Apart from the beautiful view during the evening, we also got a chance to see a night sky fairly full of stars even with the light pollution from the town and surrounding areas. Thumbs up for that!

The staff were well-mannered and welcoming; but just one thing I would like to note here is that, even after my multiple requests for a TV remote, no one ever turned up. Not that this was a deal breaker, but this definitely made me quite upset as the whole property becomes completely silent after a while which I thought to overcome with some TV sounds.

Our room was on the ground floor with a balcony that offers an amazing view of the townscape mentioned earlier, but as the employees use this as a passage to walk to the other side of the property, the balcony lacks privacy. Imagine people walking across your room at infrequent intervals. This might not be the case of other rooms though, I'm not sure.

The food served (dinner and breakfast) were good as well. We requested for the dinner quite earlier than the usual ordering time and it was served to our room on time. Considering the cold weather, this made it convenient for us. Unlike a few reviews I read, they do provide dosa, iddli with sambar and chutney and not just toasted bread with jam for breakfast.

Overall, this is a property I would love to go back to if they can work on the road condition, room maintenance and privacy issues. Yes, the views were totally worth it.
