It's on the main road. No car parking place.you need to park your vehicle at your own risk on the main road where no proper space. Hotel will not provide any service or item apart from towels. For providing food they charge room service. Only at the reception 2-3 people are friendly and helpful. No value for money, charged heavily for one night almost 5times of the actual price.

Here hotel is good, the receptionist was too helpful like when we need water they take and send it to our room via helpers. Heater,Tv,Table,Chairs,Comfort Beds,Elevators are in good condition. Parking facility also there. Pettyshop, mess and liquor shop are present near Nilgiris Hotel.

Had a horrible experience here...basic things like soaps, hand-wash aren't available...u ask for anything they say problem haii !!! Not at all worth it

Behaviour of hotel repection is very bed ....bed sheet towel all are not clear properly....na koe basic chiz lete he out of stock bol dete he bilkul mat jao....

Nice budget hotel in heart of ooty. Staff are helpful and polite. Food is not so good. But there are good places for food in vicinity. Rooms are little smelly but we went there during off season so they were not used that often.

The hotel is very congested and not well maintained the staff is not friendly and do not pay attention to guest request food quality is bad .
