Vary bad behavior of staff. Very neglecting behavior for clients who booked online. We booked for ac room. Room is neat and clean. Only the thing is there is blockage of waste water in bathroom.
Ac is working fine. But hot water is not available for bath. They provided 2 poori, 2 idli, 1 vada for breakfast.., just okay quality. Taste is not that good.
Total quality is not that good as we expect.

Not good for families. This is a bachelor dormitory. Rooms are not clean. Wash rooms not cleaned. Bedsheets & pillowcase changes on my request though it was not changed. No mirror in washroom. No restaurant in hotel. Breakfast was in parcel. It was without tea or coffee. Location only good. No switches accessible from bed.

Worst experice if oyo, booking. Com n hotel. Whene we reached there, reception person was not aware of booking which was already done weeks ago. He refused to give us a room. After checking his tablet, which was showing our booking in mail, he realised his mistake. However, room which were alloted were not as per our ecpection as well as website photograph. Had to search for another hotel which cost us few more bucks!

The hotel is nearby station as well as all the tourist places are nearby..Situated amongst the original kanyakumari town the hotel gives you view for beach and you can enjoy sunrise directly. Very neat and clean rooms at affordable prices😊

Very Bad Hotel. I strongly suggest don't stay there. Very smelling room, very Bad. And all the room are same smelling..I was stick there and my night was waste there. My life worst Experience here. There are so many hotel nearby in smart price and that is good. So don't stay in This hotel.

Iletrate staff they don't deserve 1 star. I booked Oyo room there and my booking confirmed but after reaching hotal they said they don't have any room empty. Very worst behaviour by staff and even they don't have any digital tablet or computer to see how many rooms are available or not...very bad service

Place is good but Service is worst... They Cheat people... I've made online booking one day before the check in. when I went there they said no online booking is available. So I paid again in cash. When I asked for the refund of the online booking amount...They make up some false story and denied refund... I'm gonna file a police complaint on this issue...So whoever is going to book online...Kindly don't do that...These are cheating people with greedy mind..

This place is a serious NO GO. I had booked here through Oyo, however I hadn't made payment but as I reached there the receptionist demanded 3000 Rupees, when Oyo charge was only 800, I was told he won't accept Oyo thing after I had signed in to the register and I left to find better room next place. The receptionist was too drunk to stand still. As I didn't stay there the next day the same receptionist kept calling me saying how did you sign in to the hotel register. He was that drunk. Its best when avoided.
