Alps Residency - A Bergamont Group of Hotel, Krishnagiri

The food quality in the restaurant was pretty good and it's well priced for an average customer. The service was also very good. I didn't stay in this place, so there isn't much I can say about the rooms. The location of this place is good since it's beside the Salem-Bangalore highway. It won't be tough to find out the location.

This hotel and leisure space is available near to the Krishnagiri Toll, on the NH between Salem & Bangalore.

Hotel Alps is not that great but Okay with their hospitality services.

Have stayed couple of times here for business purposes.

Rooms are very spacious and views are not much there. Hotel & rooms are well maintained and staffs are very supportive. Foods provided are Okay from their kitchen, not impressive.

It has a complimentary breakfast & free WiFi. They provide shaving kits, water bottle, water kettle with tea bags, dental kit as a part of their package.

Interms of cost it's bit expensive.

A big parking space available for both 2 wheelers and cars.

The hotel is located on the Bangalore Highway . Good place to stay. The rooms are clean, hygienic and have a good ambience. They have 4 different types of room. The rooms are maintained well. Good for family stay.

Rooms are average. Suite rooms have more basic necessities like shampoo, conditioner, comb, if you need them.
Hotel interiors are rustic and look old. Also they have construction happening on floor 1 for almost a year. And they have ton of dust from the same all over the hotel floor.

Worst ever experience... We booked a buffet.. for one person 700 rs and also they charged 7000 for the hall... First they provide a wellcome juice which was worst fresh juice we ever drink.. even the normal water could be best compared with it.. and the other foods also below average... Especially the kadai chicken was too worst... And not even they provide a water bottle also.. they provide a water in the big old can which is like we see in the road side street food shop.. over all the worst experience had by the whole team.. it's not worthy what u paid...

We have booked a hall with buffet for 25pax! The way they organised was awful and the hall was looking like a dunzon!! Old chair clothes , poor table arrangements! There was no non veg starter for non veg buffet!

Have been here four times. While using the EV charging facility, we make use of the lovely buffet breakfast. The staff at the restaurant were cordial. The reception desk staff were also helpful with the Relux card that can be used for hassle free charging of your Electric vehicle. This Relux charger has a CCS type fast charger that I used to charge my Nexon EV.

Best hotel to stay.. Good ambience and good quality of food.
They offer complementary break fast and it will be very delicious...
