Had lunch. Nice ambience. Polite Staff Very good. Reasonably rate. Suggestion - veg meals - items details can be included in menu. We were about to miss ice cream as we were not aware. Soup can be avoided as it is not matching. Rice qty is more. Half plate can offered. If required, additional rice can be provided.

Very comfortable and extremely clean hotel. Very large variety of food to choose from. Food was was tasty and servings were ample. Staff were dedicated and specially the Dining Room exhibited high degree of professionalism. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at QUALITY INN VIVA.

Such a beautiful restaurant with the ambience of a chettinad house, clever arrangement for service , and such yummy food. The veg and non veg cuisine was equally good. The seats were very comfortable. Real good choice of music., Overall ,clean and comfortable all at an affordable place on the main road. Very rare to come across such a hotel that has all the right ticks. 👍

We have visited Kumbakonam several times but never had such a bad experience with any hotel there. Their staff were very unhelpful and showed us the worst customer experience. The check in was fine. Rooms were clean. But both our rooms had water run out of the shower area into the rest of the bathroom and we had to constantly keep drying up the place with towels. Beds were made without a bed sheet (only comforter which is very unhygienic). In the morning they sneaked in things in our bill which we did not have and then after we identified it they fixed the bill. Worst of all happened when they had confirmed us a 4 pm check out when we talked to the front desk the night before check out but in the morning of check out they said our reservation was made online and so they can’t extend that late check out offer anymore. We had planned our entire day based on the check out time promised by them and when they changed the check out time we had to rush and pack all our things before we left to the temples at 8am. We had to change all our plans for our day in kumbakonam because of this. It was so unpleasant and we will not be staying here again.

Hotel room and location was very good. we did not use the restaurantWe stayed in a room in second floor. WC had some permanent stain. Should be cleared. On asking for paracetamol due to slight temperature, the hotel declined having one. Suprised that the hotel did not have the basic OTC medicine. When requested to get it from outside, there was no response. There is a hospital next building and we expected better service from hotel to get the medicine from thereRest was good. Staff were courteous. Parking was quite ok Good except the feedback provided below.

Rooms were clean, food was very good, parking was hassle free. However most importantly being rated as a 3 STAR HOTEL ros should be SOUND PROOF. I stayed in room #. 201 wherein 24/7 whatever is happenning outside my room door was clearly audible from inside. Management should look into this issue as its not something right as the rooms shpuld give the guests some basic privacy

Food is very good, and the location is very much accessible. About rooms, I can not comment as I dis nor stay there.

Decent comfortable rooms with nice beds and AC
Breakfast fast was extremely good with wide varieties.
Checkout also was easy and took 2-3 minutes
