Hotel Vinayak and Thendral Bar

I booked 2 deluxe rooms here, but when I check-in, the rooms are not delux, they are standard rooms and very small. There are cockroaches in the room, not so clean. There might be other types of rooms not sure about those. I booked online, when I check in early at 9 am they asked me to pay 300 extra for early check in, even though rooms are available. Don't had good experience here. Better choose other hotels.

This hotal locking reception area is High class. But enter the lift totally changed. The room inside had a very poor ambiance. Toilet no clearing

We booked the rooms through make my trip app.Sorry to say that rooms were not cleaned properly.We could found unwashed,dirty pillows and bed sheets.Toilet not cleaned properly.Better to avoid this hotel when you are going to stay with family.

No running water. If u want to bath.u have you call the reception..

We switched rooms twice because of bugs, bathroom flush.

Rooms are good. Service is also great. Please provide mattress at the bathroom. So that we can dry our legs before stepping onto the bed.

Pathetic Experience, no service, no food, even they are not providing bath towels, and toiletries. very bad bathrooms not at all neat and clean . Don't suggest to anyone.

Very average place. The reception area looks nice but that's about it. The room we stayed in was small and windows opened to a wall partly and partly to some kind of store place. This made it feel all the more claustrophobic. The linen in the room needs an upgrade, especially the doormat outside the bathroom. Overall, maintenance could be better. We didn't try their restaurant, instead had food at Geetha Hall next door and it was delicious.

The good thing about Hotel Vinayak is it's proximity to Coimbatore Railway Station (a 3 min walk) but then there are so many Hotels in the same lane though we do not know how good they are to be honest.

I personally feel it's better to stay a bit further but in a place that offers you better value for money and if you are ok with a short commute to the railway station.

Service staffs not well trained, specially at the reception couple of staffs, looks like experienced guys, very unprofessional. No manners at all. Infact rude and unkind. Rooms very bad maintenance, from kettle to toilets. Uncomfortable pillows. Common toilet near reception area, looks like very uncivilised management, very sad state overall.
