Good bathroom kit was provided ie shampoo, body wash, moisturiser, soap and dental kit.

good part. the size of room, cleanliness and kit were appropriate. but it was the interaction with property manager that was bad. due to the nature of my visit, i arrived on 1st morning 9am and was to leave at 3:30pm on 2nd afternoon.i rang up the property manager and conveyed my special need and he told me to book for two days. so i booked the days 30th to 1st and 1st to 2nd and mentioned this to the manager at checkin and the night manager on duty on 2nd morning. but on 2nd noon the original property manager would not accept my request for staying till 3:30 and my explanation that i had paid for 48 hrs two nights and the use only 30 hrs / one night. he wanted me to pay for a third day and would not allow me to speak to his superior, and forced me to vacate immediately which i did by 1 pm.

Booked by ibibo after checking with property manager that I would arrive at 9am, to leave at 3:30pm the next day advised to pay for two nights. But on second day 27 hours later, property manager made me checkout at 1pm, not even allowing to speak to his boss, saying I had crossed into the third 24 hour booking slot.
Unfair, won't go back again there though it was good location and a reasonably clean room.

Maybe my bad that i didn't check before hand, there is no parking at the hotel. You have to pay park seperately which is around 100mts away from the hotel.
Towels were not provided.

Overall experience is excellent.Staffs are very friendly. Neat and clean. There is a kitchen room on tha terrace of the hotel.Which is also very neat and clean and full of sufficient utensils. Very near to CMC hospital. Only 2min walking distance.

the hotel authorities should confirm all the appliances such as ac, tv are in good working condition before allocating the rooms to guests,
in my room both were not in working condition since our stay was very short & busy with our own commitments, we could not interact with the hotel staff or management.
pl advice the concerned to take care.

Poor service and they won't provide you the water, there no hotel car parking and no resturant and you won't even get the coffee and tea. Late response from room service..

Located centrally , clean rooms and bathrooms , great accessibility . However THERE IS NO PARKING facility available here so plan accordingly . Polite staff .
