Room was good but mattress cover and bed sheet was dirty. Even after the request they didn't change. Location is good and Good restaurants are near by. Room size is very tight. Congested room with good amneties.
Neat and clean hotel. AC, gyser was good.

amazing staff and amazing service. they attend all your issues on time. they fulfill your extra requirements also if any. Room servicing to providing everything without asking. I loved the stay here and would recommend if someone want a hassle-free stay at Trichy. bus connectivity at this location is also a highlight.

Location of the hotel is good. But rooms are not worth the price. Very small room. We can hear noises from next room easily here. Reason is even the path is very narrow and rooms r too small very adjacent to next room.

Hotel Just near Bustand is advantage. Otherwise just a normal hotel. In just 700, you can get same quality rooms with more space near by. Overall okay.

Wholenight Very noisy because irritating sound creeps now and then when people close doors and even when they roam outside our doors.

My recent stay experience at the hotel was great! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were top notch and the food was delicious. The location was also great, it was close to all the attractions and places of interest. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Room was very Small. Location is great with access to Bus stand. Parking is good. Value for Money. Great place to stay for 1 or 2 days, especially solo travellers or business guys.

To be Improved :
> Driver Room - definitely needs improvement, Noise level was very high it seems as its on road and heavy vehicle on road. Since drivers does not have good sleep , its risky for families or business men who travel next day with them. Lots of Mosquitoes
> Small Cafe or Restaurant needs to be part of the Hotel as late night travellers can't go in search of food outside
>Corridor lights should be turned on all times as its matter of safety
> Should provide cleaner towels and Shampoo, small Soaps

Clean,comfortable but compact rooms. Especially executive twin bed room is very compact. If you want slightly bigger room for 2 to 3 adults, I'd suggest the triple room..it has bigger bathroom and working table too. This inn has 36 rooms in total. So on crowded days, if you arrive before check-in time your room might not be ready because they seem to start cleaning only after check-out time. Cramped basement parking can comfortably accommodate 6-7 cars only. So again on crowded days, you may not get parking if you arrive back at hotel after dinner. Complimentary breakfast is packed mini Tiffin arranged from nearby Sangeetha restaurant which might be delayed. So I'd suggest travellers to opt out of breakfast option. Service can be improved. Overall, a good option for business men on short duration visits.

Poor Service, Safety Issues, No basic amenities : 1. I made booking for 2 rooms (for 3 Adults and 1 children), on checkin day at 12 Noon I informed Hotel that we will reach by evening 7 pm., but while checkin they said they got booking confirmation for 1 room only. After few requests and argument they provided us room. But the 2nd room was stinks badly. I inform them and asked then to send someone with room freshner, but they didn't bothered to do that and even after 3 reminder no one had came then we had to use our perfumes to refresh room.2. Safety issues - there is no or broken locking system inside the room. Anyone can access in the room through master card in night.3. No amenities are there, which were mentioned (Only Dustbin and Water are there. No dental kit, no shampoo, no electric kettle, no minifreeze , no iron board etc., are there)
