A very cooperative staff at reception. ambience are neat and clean. room are good in size. bathroom is well and up to the mark.very near to all visiting site of kanyakumari. Great feeling. It's safe and secure by surroundings a very good restaurant namely delhi punjabi dhaba are near by the hotel on the same lane provide good north indian food at reasonable rate.

Good experience in staying this hotel. I booked Non AC standard double bed room. initially they give the room, but this room gave ordinary tv. So I request to the manager give me the room with Good led tv. He is very nice, immediately given another room with no hesitation.Service staff too good and friendly. They recommend the tour around the tourist place in kanniyakumari with the charges about to 200rs. Really worth it. I enjoyed.Also attached the touring place images. Beach, Ferry ride place, temple,Food court also near by this hotel with In 1km radius. Sunrock... Always rock...

Rooms r spacious...neat & clean. Bathroom is clean. AC is working properly. Location of property is good. All staffs r well behaved. Room service is very good & organised. property has lift facility. Resturant not available.Overall our stay was amazing.

If you are coming with Family and looking for reasonable price,then go for it. Co-operative staff We reached early but due to weekend hotel was full so early check in not possible but they given us one room to be fresh and bathing. Thanks for everything.

Location is the plus point of this hotel. Apart from that, room floor was sticky and not cleaned properly.
Afternoon I thought of resting bit in room and went.. there was no power and I told them to run the backup generator.. they said they will do it. After 45 mins also they did not turn on the generator on.. again I have informed/complained them then, they turned it on.. but only for 1.5 hrs. After that they again turned it off.. which made my resting experience worst in this hotel.

It's a decent hotel but it is not maintained or cleaned properly. You can see dirt on walls , doors and on floor and also in lift. Staff members are good but cleanliness is a big problem.

We stayed here on 18-20 Jan 2023. This hotel is listed as a 3-star hotel on various online portals but it is not worth even 1-star. This is a kind of fraud by the hotel as well as the travel portals. Exterior of the hotel looks beautiful but rooms are old, wall paint has eroded due to dampness, bathroom fittings are very old and not properly functioning, bathroom was dirty, no hot water for bathing though they claim it is available in the morning and evening. Water jug seems to be never cleaned. Even if you decide to stay at this so-called hotel, avoid room number 208. As soon as you check-in, the manager starts persuading you to book local sightseeing package from him and the housekeeping guy will ask for undeserved tips at the time of check-out. Only plus point is its location. It is just 1 km from both the bus stand and the railway station. It is at a few meters from temple, boat jetty, triveni sangam etc. Our booking was prepaid. So, we were forced to stay here unwillingly. Otherwise we have stayed at many other truly 3-star hotels at different locations at almost same price. You can explore other hotels nearby at similar prices (except Hotel John just opposite to this hotel because Hotel John also belongs to the same owner).

This hotel is at the right location. There are lot of local restaurants offering North Indian and South Indian food. The room was neat, well maintained and a nice washroom with proper sanitization of the toilet AC worked well I liked the hotel very much
