Rooms are neat and clean. No space for parking. Just opposite to Junction bus stand.. busy road. Free breakfast with room rental and it is worth. Booked through online and hotel asked me to pay 10% extra as commission that I don't like it. Staffs are good. Safety and security is good. They have rooms all six floors and lifts are working properly.

Easy to locate hotel. Very near the Central Bus stand as well as Railway Station. Rooms are reasonably priced and well maintained. Complimentary breakfast is provided. The underground restaurant is good. Well behaved and helpful staff. Facility for local tours are available. Great place to stay if you are visiting Trichy for tourism or business.

I stayed here for 2 days. I must say that the staff is really friendly and professional. The rooms are as good as expected. The complimentary breakfast is very good and the food served in room is little expensive but tasty. I did not find any lacuna. It can be considered as a good option if visiting Trichy. The location is also good because the bus stand is just in front and the Trichy junction is 1km away only. :)

I checked in this hotel yesterday and will stay till tomorrow. Hotel is located in a central place. Rooms are spacious but service is awful. A simple instance coffee takes 45 minutes to get delivered. It happened on all the occasions yesterday and today. Hope Hotel management acts upon this swiftly

Good hotel for short business trip. Great hospitality. Quick service. Very reasonable rates. Only breakfast spread needs improvement and bread toaster should be there. Overall, value for money. I enjoyed my stay.

Good Hotel. Rooms were clean and neat. Hot water facility is available. Complementary breakfast is very average. Receptionist can be better. There aren't enough persons to handle the guests.

I was on a business trip here. The check in was smooth. Extremely comfortable stay right in the centre of city. All the necessary amenities are just a stone's throw away. A decent parking space on this crammed street is a boon. The only down side I can think of is the slow lift. It took me ages to reach my room on the 7 th floor.

Room condition is not as good as being described in the picture or their website. Average cleanliness....furnitures are looking old with very poor maintenance. we were given 7th floor rooms....wifi was not even working in our rooms. However staffs are pleasant and the location is nearby to the bus stop.
