Beautiful building, only walls, very poor maintenance, dirty rooms, dirty Washroom. Don't ever go with family. Despite of giving key and asking many times for cleaning they didn't clean it. Bathroom drainage gets chocked the moment you take bath...

Very poor maintained hotel rooms. Don't believe the reviews. Worst ... wasted my money... Don't even think to book this hotel. Dirty towel, unwashed bed sheet and pillow covers...if you ask anything in intercom they won't respond. You will get your worst experience.

Like other OYOs they also ask some more terrifs than portrayed at OYO app at the time of check in,
Rooms were Good but linen was dabbled and room service was poor food was not available at hotel no dentle kit was provided. They had some issue with online payment so I had to pay in cash

Booked through Oyo 2rooms(4 guests)we went late night to hotel after going receptionist was saying we won't accept Oyo as tarif is less. If you want talk to Oyo and solve your problem.It started raining heavily, he was saying if you pay extra money I will provide. After a long talk and discussion he agreed to give one where we adjusted as we don't have any other option and no power till morning till 4am. It was like a hell night

Never ever book a room here...
We had booked a room here in advance but when we reached in the evening for check-in, the hotel staff denied our check-in telling us that they had given that room to other customer. Also, they were asking us to pay extra money to shift us in other room. This was really a pathetic experience for us. How can a staff can be this much rude and unprofessional. Worst service we had ever seen.

It has stated Oyo..and before going there we have booked and also payed in online itself. When we landed the hotel at mind night , while the receptionist is saying that they don't support Oyo and it was really a bad experience and very rude staff behavior.

Please don't book a room. worst experience we booked a room here in advance through Oyo and once we came here for check in they are saying like rooms are not available and we they will ask for more money yesterday same issue faced for other customer who booked online. worst room service owner is playing a game with customers don't book any rooms in these hotel

Hi, We booked Hotel Vijaisurya (Cuddalore) for 30th Dec and 31st Dec 2022. Upon reaching hotel on 30th Dec they first told that there is no booking. Upon debating, they told that at the price the that I booked they will not provide the Deluxe double and asked me to pay extra amount for that or asked me to take a lower quality standard room. The standard room was so dirty that we could not stay there at all and it was almost sleepless night. We went for dinner and after returning the room lock did not open. We waited for more than 1 hr outside and finally the owner came to use a different key to open the door. To my understanding someone tried to open the door in our absence with an intention to steal the goods. In the night someone making noise on the floor and it appeared that some drunken staff was loitering around the room. This frightened us and we decided to vacate the hotel next day itself despite of booking for 2 days. The room was full of spider webs, mosquitos, dirt and dust. Even the TV was not working at all.

I would recommend to delist this hotel from the travel websites else it will turn out to be reputational and goodwill issue for Agoda itself.
