Good place and very neat place. Restaurant at ground floor with good food, but only Bad smell in rest room.

Booked room here two months before for attending a marriage Worst service. No hospitality at all. HOTEL MANAGER is the worst. He also acts as receptionist sometimes and he behaves like he is the owner of the hotel and yells at customer. Very bad experience we had. Total waste of money and time

Decent property, but very poor service and poor maintenance. Casual attitude by many employees. And employees at the reception counter in the night are invariably smelling of alcohol.

No towels were provided even after repeated requests.

Location is good. They have a very spacious car parking slot, and spacious restaurant.

Manjhi residency is a decent budget hotel in Trichy.
Pros.
1. Good location.
2. Clean and well maintained rooms.
3. A decent restaurant in the same building.
Cons.
1. Toilet and bath fittings look old.
2. No services like assisting with carrying luggages to room from car.
3. They have a huge car parking space, however, it gets congested with guests during function days as the same building has 3 convention halls that are used for conducting marriage and other functions.

Paid in advance for 2 days 48 hours and room was confirmed. Now after completing a cycling event / BRM of 600km and spending 31 hours cycling. He is saying all rooms are booked at mid night and Max he can give me a room till 10am / for 8 hours. And wants me to vacate in the morning.
Expecting me to still pay full amount for the same.
Who would want to deal with this issue after everything was confirmed.
All they do is book multiple rooms to everyone and cause inconvenience to someone.

Really unprofessional management. Trying to Blame me for booking the room ! Lol 😂

The restaurant in the same building is another story entirely.

Rooms are spacious and clean. However toiletries were not provided. Only soap and shampoo are provided. The restaurant below the lodge was ok if you have no further options to eat. The location was a big plus to hotel, situated near to city and outer ring road. Its very easy to travel to nearby famous temples.

Water issue ,no water in morning in bathrooms very lethargic staff despite complaining about no water in taps was rectified after one and half an hour no proper response. Check-in takes time ,smelly rooms (AC) .

One of the worst hotels i have ever stayed.

The hotel staff are very rude. Dont know how to talk to customers. Made a reservation 15 days before our stay. Upon coming, we were told the room was booked by another person. When questioned why the rooms were double booked, they said simply asked us to look for another hotel.
We requested a suite room and were told it would cost 3600 for a night. Upon arriving at the hotel manager, anbarasan said the room rent had increased, and now it would cost 3850. When questioned, we reserved the room when the cost was lower he simply said you can look for a different hotel.
Even the janitor and room service people are so rude. One of the toilet flush was not working. When reported, it was never fixed. The people who work here dont have any courtesy or any management skills to run a hotel. I hope the owner of the property can read the comments and take appropriate action.

I will not advise anyone to stay here.
