I was satisfied with their services and maintenance. All was quite smooth and hassle free. Room was having an ample space and it was cleaned too. In complimentary WiFi breakfast and coffee was provided by them. since we reached there by our own car so didn't know the proximity from any taxi/bus stand but it is close to the flyover of NH 45, but still it was bit confusing as we had to took various service roads to reach the place.

I have stayed there couple of times with my Family. It is a pretty decent Hotel with good ambience. It is a good place for an overnight stay, but not commendable on quality of food. Service is quite good. As it is just beside the highway, it is time saving for people like me who stay overnight and travel during day.

Classic and deluxe rooms are available. I booked by OYO app. So I have an option to book for 11 hours stay. Classic rooms are equipped with TV, fan, water facilities. Classic rooms can accommodate 2 adults with 1 child. Cars have to be parked at Ponmalai service road side space only. Parking space is small can accommodate 2 cars maximum. Rest rooms and bed sheets are clean. Service is good. Food is not served here. But hotels are available near to this place. Can be seen easily from car when you drive here on Ponmalai service road. Rooms are available from RS.1960 for 24 hours stay. Kids play area not available.

Pleasant room to stay for 2 persons in a Deluxe room. Maintenance was really good. The breakfast was fine with 2 idlys, 1 dhosa and a bowl of pongal which was served.
Few issues were some of the lights which wasn't working in the Room No.101 which I stayed and the other issue was regarding the T.V signal in some channels which were a bit weak at times. Overall I'm satisfied staying here. Thank You.

One night i stayed in this hotel, when i went switch off the bedight, i got an electric shock from the body of the light and the switch. So Be careful when you go there!

They provide the room exact 12.00 pm, they behaviour is too good and polite, they will provide breakfast, lunch, dinner but you have to pay for that.
And Their services is good and the behaviour of the staff is also good. Its is well cleaned. Good place to stay..I am satisfied through their services..

Imagine a guest arriving at a hotel, tired from a long trip, only wishing to take a long, hot shower. And to his surprise - there's no hot water! A guest like this is going to be ringing reception in anger demanding the problem to be solved immediately. This type of issue can really ruin the day for your guests and you can be sure that they won't be coming back next year. In case the issue is with that room only, offer the guest a transfer to another room and do try to apologize to them by doing something nice for them. A bottle of Champaign or a free massage in the spa would be nice.

1. Bedsheets were very dirty
2. You won't get the parking if ~3 cars are already starting
3. Manager and receptionist are very rude
4. Booked 2 rooms for 4 people, they allowed only 1 person in a room for other person they extorted money from me. After extortion they denied breakfast for 2 people

Avoid booking this hotel even if this is your last option
