Flagship 74078 3D Residency, Ganapathy.

Couldn't even sleep for 5 mins straight due to mosquitoes. Didn't even have a soap or paste which most of the hotels provide. No mosquito repellents can do anything.
Hand shower in the toilet wasn't working and also the toilet didn't have a lock from inside.
Poor room service and lack of clean linen .

Cleanlines has to be improved. Room was full of mosquitos and ants. Can't sleep peacefully. I don't recommend

Not an option for Family / elderly to stay
Very worst experience ever since.
No heater but they will say 24 hrs hot water
No backup if power goes off
No poper lock for the room. Even if you lock, they can open your room in your absence
No safety.
Admin staffs are even worse.
They charge 1000/ day for providing the above facilities.

Worst service i ever seen.
Morning 6 am I reached this hotel.reception person is not there until 8.30 am. Am keep on tried reception person mobile number more than 50 Times,he is not picking the phone. Am getting irritate this hotel. Waste of time

I stayed here for 2weeks. Rooms look good. But Bed spreads and pillows are not clean. They are not providing receipts. Oyo price differs with direct booking. Better book from OYO app. Their is no other better Lodge than these. Suitable for mens. No Wi-Fi. mobile network signal also in this location. Not best one but ok.

Worst booking experience via Oyo and Go ibibo. Property ownership changed hence my booking was not accepted. No refund yet since 15 days. I paid separate and stayed. Room was clean but heater was not working. Wash basin was not working. Handwash, sanitizer was poor. No bill provided for stay. The place is not suited for family. Lot of cigarettes and alcohol disposals everywhere

Though bedroom and corridors where are all fine, bathrooms were really poor maintained. Infact some had faulty fittings. We went as a group and booked near 7 rooms. Almost similar cases for all the rooms.

For our visit, no additional accessories such as soap or so very provided. But they have a good WiFi connection, which gave nearly 6mb/s. Plus no issues with A.C.

Staff behaviour, no complaints. Was quite friendly even though we checked in around 3 am

This place stinks... The bedsheet and pillow covers should have been washed almost a month back.. the bed is full of hair and dusts. Even the admin refused to change it... I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone..

Staying here is a worst nightmare..
