HOTEL RAM INN

We stayed here overnight during a long trip. The room was smaller than my expectation. Still, it was very neat and clean, especially the toilet. AC was also working fine. I could park the car by the side of the road in front of the hotel. It is really a value for money accomodation and I recommend it strongly.
It was very easy to collect the keys from the reception during late night hours. Neat, clean and peaceful environment to stay.

while check in no proper procedures followed.booked 2 room key not provided for 1 room response recived like we need to inform reception while going out and coming they will come and open with their key how we can keep our luggage and go out.sine we booked no response.also reception person and manager not caring about this while asking they also answering like they can do this only nothing else they can't do bathroom door lock broken. heater not working in one roomno blanket in one roomwe paid for extra bed in evening. we reached room while heavy rain and full tired after 4 reminders got bed blanket when night shift guy came.totally irresponsible persons maintaining.we need to pay and suffer waste of money.

Good Hotel. Efficient Check In. Alloted Room 402. Only hitch was that Door was not opening with The key tag sensor. Then had to be opened with the Key manually.
No disturbance. Quiet and Calm Room. Helpful Hotel Staff.

Was there in Sep 2022 from chennai with family travelling to ooty for a day stay and it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. For all the reviewers and booking ppl , the hotel room looked exactly like in pictures posted, looks new, Was clean and kept well maintained. I cannot compare it to 5 star properties but for the amount I paid for two AC rooms with Queen bed it was a great or value for money. Very cold AC and a high speed fan. hot water in bathroom and a very dry and clean kept bathrooms when i visited. In heart of city but just 50 feet from main road in a residential road with decent parking space in basement as well along road space. Towel provided,Toilet amenities like soap was missing and personally filled water bottles kept which is not a bug fewl for me. Many restaurants for Erode standards nearby in walkable distance . Definitely will stay if budget rooms in mind. Lobby and lift all clean and nice. Photo not uploading but mine looks just like online pics posted by property :)

Rooms are quite good, Whereas customer service is worst.
When we asked for wifi they are saying that its not working just because we booked it through goibibo. No idea wether management is aware of this issue. Make sure before booking.

good hotel near to bus stand, lift available, room size was big, bathroom size also good and clean,but bathroom lock is not working,clean room helping staff there..

Rooms are neat and clean. size is bit small. there was no hot water.
Staff was friendly

Room and bathroom is so congested,but the price and service was good but heater facility not available in non AC room I have stayed in room no 309.
