Naadi stayinn New Busstand Thanjavur

I booked room through agoda on 19th March 2022. Got couple of emails that it got booked then canceled then again email that it got booked. The hotel naadi stay online booking is a disaster. We contacted the hotel on the say of arrival and to be told the hotel is not booked. We were given a number to contact a person to book room. He confirmed room is booked. We arrived at the hotel late night to be told only 1 room of the 2 available a d they simply said he did not receive Information and it was a blatant lie. He had 2 rooms available and he lied for extra money. They showed a room which was a regular room and they said it was suite room and it costs 3000. The room was super small and the bathroom really small and shower was super close to the toilet. Wonder how one can bathe. They thought I would take the room for whatever price since it is too late. The people at naadi stay inn did not apologize for the mistake plus were rude. I canceled and went to another room. Kindly avoid booking thos hotel at any cost and the place is very deserted.

19-03-22, Very very bad service at Naadi stay in. we booked room through online. They said booking failed. When contacted the hotel they confirmed the booking and they shared us details. But after reaching hotel they said NO rooms sorry. We reached late night with family and he simply said it's not his mistake some communication gap. Pls do not opt for it.. worst property as well. I would prefer no stars

Good rooms great service, not a luxurious stay but very nice one. Away from city’s hassles and at the same time restaurants and other shops in walkable distance.

Booked hotel room through Agoda,by selecting pay at the hotel option,but the hotel owner send a kind of threatening mail before a week of intended stay saying that to make payment to a gpay number and send screenshot orelse my booking would be cancelled,i did the payment out of no choice and when i requested for cancellation,he said that the cancellation charges would apply,better not to book this hotel to avoid last minute headaches

This worst place I ever seen they charge 3300 for delux but nothing in this room it is worst hotel to stay, no complementary, they giving used wet towel,used soap, no hygiene I will never seen like this hotel, that's why they are getting the money before it self ......... To the core of worst..... please come before checking....

Very expensive and not good faculties waste of money bad experience please this is my experience..same hotel room get small rate other hotels near..

Pros-
Good and neat place to stay. Staff are kind and helping. If you are looking for more facilities at the room, you can go for Deluxe room

Cons-
The place is quite far from railway station. We need to taken an auto. Its not walkable too from New bus stand (with luggage).
The place does not have a hotel.

Suggestion - to keep water and glasses available at the room before we check-in.

Excellent stay in thanjavur after a long drive, comfortable bed with clean bathroom, near to thanjavur new busstand, 4 km from thanjavur big temple. Two restaurant are near the hotel with good food. Morning complimentry bed coffee was so good.
