Good location for those wanting to have darshan of Arunachaleswara. 4 minute walk from the temple. Clean rooms and courteous staff. Around 3 KM from the bus terminus. Food has a homely taste though not many options are available. Value for money. I will definitely return to the hotel for my next stay.

The view of the Arunachala hill from my room window was amazing. The temple is at walkable distance from the hotel. Except the person at reception, none of the staff speaks English. It is difficult to understand the staff when trying to instruct them. The hotel supervisor has very good connections with the temple authorities. He got us a direct darshan and puja of the main deities instantly. The only thing I was disappointed was with the wall mounted fan in the non A/C room I opted for. I booked a 4 bed room for 6 family members. only one wall mounted fan for 6 members. The bathroom was good to use. The room was spacious.
The check in time is 12 pm in the afternoon and the checkout is after 24 hrs the next day.

we had booked 2 rooms for stay checked in on 25th mar and checked out on 26th Mar 2017, at the onset locating the hotel was a big task, and finally after locating this property, we checked into this hotel rather late at night. Although check in formalities were quite smooth, upon entering the room, and doing a quick inspection of the room, we noticed it had many anomalies, basically in the bathroom. The toilet flush was not working, and the L faucet, was leaking consistently, leading to plenty of water being wasted.
The bed sheets, were soiled and had asked for replacement which was immediately attended to.
however though, while enquiring about the hotel's in house restaurant, offering Pure Vegetarian meals, we were informed that these were prepared in a common kitchen, shared between both Veg & Non Veg, which most vegetarians might question,
however though hearing our plight, the owner of this hotel immediately, instructed his staff, to procure vegetarian food for us from a restaurant outside, which was done by their senior attendant, Mr Krishnamurthy, who went all out make us feel at home,
some of the other points, that we noticed were , they don't provide packaged drinking water, in their rooms. **..

The hotel is very near to temple, 1-2 minutes walk to main entrance - raja gopuram. Room was good and spacious, it has a fridge as well. We stayed there for two days. Staff were courteous and helpful. Hot water available. The room (103 lane) did not have any scope for sunlight and no ventilation at all, closed room. I requested for a room on the opposite side / lane or any other side where there is a window with sunlight and ventilation. But the front desk guy told me that all are closed rooms without any sunlight and ventilation which is incorrect. But the opposite lane / side of the rooms have good sunlight and ventilation.

I ordered for standard non AC room they gave ac room with out ac working it was ok but there is only one wall mount fan which will work in one direction only they should rectify that
it was a good one and nice stay staff are suportive and food is good. it was very near to temple just walkable distance. with out that fan issue it was a total good stay there.

We stayed here for a day and it was an average stay. Nothing fancy, basic amenities like lift, hot water etc.. were available. But I noticed WIFI, CRT TV were not working. I didn’t had enough time to discuss with the reception about these, so can’t comment whether they are temporarily not working or not. Furniture (chairs, tea stand etc..) is a bit old and bathrooms are just ok. We tried the breakfast package (per head 100/-) and they were out of coconut chutney and we had to compromise with Sambar. But we are fully charged 😜 for that breakfast.

Trishul hotel last its old glory due to its closure during the pandemic. Needs more maintenance. Rooms are okay. But needs little maintenance due to long closure. Complementary breakfast stopped temporarily. Very close to temple. Parking facilities are there but needs more space. If little maintenance improved with new bedspread, it would be ok

Locality was dirty, people pissing opp to the Hotel's wall which is actually a govt school.
Reception area was good but rooms were mediocre.
One of the employee who was attending the customers was actually a very disrespectful person. Speaking without respect.
The language and slang was foul, not the good form of Tamil
