As soon as we reached, none of the autorickshaw drivers were cooperative. They pretended to not to know the hotel..but after calling the reception at your hotel, the staff guided us so well. They are very friendly and cooperative. We had a very good experience overall. And we will also refer your hotel to our friends and family. One suggestion is to share your front desk number after bookings to contact you directly. Because calling the customer care is a long process.

We had stayed in this hotel on our vacation. The Ambience of the rooms, the service, the hotel staff, the food, parking and everything was a 5 star service. Nice place to stay with family. Food served is high quality vegetarian food. Room service is Fab.. I would recommend people who are looking for a stay in Puducherry need to opt to this hotel. Thank you managers and staff.

Located in walking vincity with SERINITY BEACH,
Also AUROVILLE is hardly 10 minutes drive from here.
Located on maine road,it has both open and closed parking for cars of customers.
Room costed me around ₹1000 for one night,rooms were well lit,with centerallised air conditioning system.

Nice, clean, 10 mnts walking to serenity beach, staff are very good well behaved, atmosphere is cool, good service,food provided by order in room was good, nice breakfast

Plss dont go to FAB hotels we booked this hotel 18 days before..n we have paid advance as well...But they told no rooms available n fab groups hotel customer support directed to..clasio recidancy n told go to that hotel...but those ppl also told no rooms available n we end up taking some other room by checking each n every hotel...finally fab hotels dint gave any room...so pls think before u book

Best place for hospitality
Main thing is front office staff gave their best service to make us comfort when ever we need exterior booking plans and to know about rates and discounts! Room was archaic ticksy.

Please take notice you unsuspecting customers.
This group is a seasoned cheat.

They took the booking amount and cancelled it just a few days before our check in date without returning our money..

So be careful.

Taking the matter to appropriate authority to claim compensation and legal proceedings

It was really good experience i had there, good ambience, very neat and spacious rooms, receptionist is frndly etc.
