Rooms are very old. None of the facilities working. Bulb not working, tv remote not working. Looks like guests not occupying all rooms for many many days. the geyser water was so old that it started to stink. Foul smell came out of it. We changed 2 rooms still one complaint or the other in every room. Not at all worth the money we spend. Area is very spacious can be renovated properly to attract more tourists

I was a real relaxing stay here. Just superb environment. Complimentary breakfast is good. You should never miss Biryani here. Its excellent. Front office staff is very helpful and courteous.

The room and bed is very bad and horrible smell. Old towels. We planned three days to stay. But we shut the plan. Somany insects in the room. We will request the front office to change the room. Very old bed sheets. They have very bad smell

We went for lunch with friends, we ordered meals for 7 members.. after 10 minutes waiter came to said that they have only 3 meals..then we ordered fried rice... finally it's came to the table after 30 to 40 minutes... Taste is not much better and price is too expensive. Single omelette is more than 100 rupees and meals is 200+...

We went there for lunch. The quality of the hotel is not good. Previously, it was one of the best hotels in yercaud, both for dining and for accommodation. But now it has lost its credits due to poor maintenance. Couldn't withstand the smell inside the restaurant yesterday. The hotel can be restored, and renovation has to be done at the earliest.

Stayed for 3 nights during January. Had no issues with anything during the stay. Friendly staff, good food, great location, very close to the lake. 4 year old daughter liked it so much she didn't want to leave at the end of the stay!

Worst of the worst. Nothing is good except the location. Absolutely no effort taken to maintain the property. Leaky taps, stinky bathrooms, showers literally detached from the wall. Tried asking staff to shift rooms, and we were given one that was even worse. No hot water either. The staff at the reception was rude and refused to accept any of their faults, he even argued back with us saying nothing can be done now. Don't visit unless you are looking to waste your money to have a bad experience.

Value for money = ZERO. No maintenance done at all - highly ILL-MAINTAINED, service quality = ZERO & PATHETIC. The property is not maintained at all. Big issues with hot water supply, room service is a dream to have, no daily cleaning for rooms, no daily drinking water supply, restaurant. Overall, you will loose mental peace. During our stay for 2+ days, we have seen many customers fighting, alleging and loosing their patience with the staff, and all the above issues happen for all rooms in general. We booked Orchid rooms, pricing is too high in comparison to the service that we received. It is a sub-standard, below average and pathetic experience. Even the Deluxe/Luxury cottages are not maintained well and they are charging a lot for those. The only positive things are (1) the location - Yercaud is very small place, nothing much to see other than the only lake (and a few sunrise/sunset points) and this hotel is right in the vicinity and (2) the greenery in the hotel premises - it is lush green but again, very ill-maintained (zero maintenance). THE STAY DIDN'T AT ALL MEET OUR EXPECTATIONS. AVOID BOOKING THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. Final rating = NEGATIVE.
