OYO 39885 Green Hills Villa

Don't go this hotel. If you book 4x suite room they will offer classic 2x only. If you book classic 2x they won't allot room. Receptionist Abdul Latif behaviour is too worst. He speaks rudely to customer. If you want to enjoy in courtallam Don't book this poor hotel

Very Poor. If you see the picture and book this hotel you will end up in vain. Only suit room has that type of bed and bedspreads. Normal rooms no cleanliness. Beds are very dirty. Bed Spreads had blood stains in it. Room full of dusts. But, they claim its an AC room. Not at all comfortable. All electrical and plumbing lines will fly on your head. You should be vary cautious. For breakfast they would give you a 40 rupees token for the near by road side shop in which a single roast cost Rs.80. Too Costly. Extra you have to pay. Hotel won't provide you water bottle, toiletries. We need to arrange all other. Over all very bad.

Read before booking via Oyo or choosing the hotel. Such worst experience with oyo booking and the guy at reception surrounded by drunken monkeys.. I was travelling with a 3yr old kid and all what they have to say is oyo didnt pay them and they are running in loss because of oyo so they are not accepting any oyo bookings but then they can give me a room with a changes 3times more than what wat there in oyo.. N I had to go around search of alternatives 10p.m. with kid..oyo was neva able to help me because they were neva able to reach the hotel authority sitting in front of me.. then they put me to mute to transfer to supervisor and neva got through even after multiple attempts..pathetic service from oyo and hotel..

Located at main Junction is a plus for this hotel and the rooms are neat clean and well maintained service is also good but price is slightly high

Room is very void with no table or dining place to eat. Bathroom is not neat at all. Bathroom door is broken. In suite room one side of the room doesn't have air conditioner. Food service is very bad. No neatness at all. No buckets in toilet even the given bucket is small and diety. Very bad experience staying there. The reciptionst was very welcoming and helpful. The room service for food was not good at all. Please improve if you want us to visit your hotel again. As far as the experience we won't come to this hotel to stay at all.

Perfect location to enjoy natural breeze. No food service available but near by one hotel available for food, which is average only.
Room was cleaned and maintained good.
Frequently power cut was there, generator was available but hesitant to operate it. Located place is easily accessible to all waterfalls..
Can give a try for enjoyment.

I had to degrade my stay because of the issue with the oyo and management the bedsheets are not properly maintained the staff and management will not accept there fault and service rating is totally 0 the worst boarding one can ever be
