Days Hotel by Wyndham Chennai OMR

I was a bit skeptical after reading some bad reviews, but was pleasantly surprised to see the room quality and ambience of the hotel. Breakfast is superb with a huge spread of variety. Having said all positives, the negative point is their service at the time of breakfast. Staff is not trained to handle the crowd at peak breakfast time. But overall an awesome deal for the price. I got room at 2900 rs which was good for the overall package.

I didn't like the hotel at all. First thing the hotel is totally outside of the city and the second thing is that the cost is too expensive for the facilities they have provided. I have asked for English channels 2 to 3 times and no one has responded and complimentary breakfast also doesn't have much varieties and for the sake of breakfast, they have arranged 3 to 4 items. Overall experience is very bad

I'm a regular guest more then one year. I love this place so I use to come regularly but now after general manager changed totally waste. Prices are all to high, rooms are all not good, in my every stay there will some issue in bed or bathroom. Most of time will get problem in tv, in most of the standard room mini bar will not be available if available means it's not working. Power cut Problem nowadays, there is no proper welcome in reception. One year back days hotel is very excellent place, but now I'm not satisfied the way general manager handling regular guest.

This is my all time favourite restaurant… my husband and me make sure to visit this place at least once in a month…the dishes are very tasty and the service is really good …less crowded so you will have a very calm ambiance… They also serve liquor and cocktails… my favourite foods here are : Karuvapilla yeral, beef and chicken steak .

Very poor service… made the guests wait for hours without giving the room .

They do not even give water when requested…

This hotel has one of the worst service. The restaurant is worse than roadside dhaba. Our room got short circuited due to switching on tv and they didn't even change our room instead told tv is not available. Worst hotel won't recommend

The reception service is very bad. Booked a hotel 20 days before with early check-in and it's agreed and chargeable. Still they are not providing a proper response they just keep on saying rooms are getting cleaned for more than 2 hours and they do not even stay with their word. They keep on saying half an hour is needed and extending the waiting time.

Best hotel in South Chennai .. neat and hygiene maintained .. food at restaurant served very much late .. overall it's good
